They open the show with Negro Casas ouside the arena looking at the masks for sale outside the arena. Black Warrior says he wants Negro Casas' hair.

Stuka Jr., Maximo, Valiente                   vs
Ohara, Shigeo Okumura, Misterioso II

1st Fall:  Stuka and Okumura open the show trading basic moves. Stuka does a standing splash and gets a two count. Then Maximo and Ohara get in and stall a while then do some comedy, Maximo kisses him. Misterioso and Valiente get in and trade moves, Misterioso gives him an enzuigiri, it looked like Valiente was gonna go a moonsault outside, but slipped off the ropes, and just fell outside. Maximo does a butt bump and pins Okumura. Stuka does a backward tope off the ropes and pins Ohara. A Dr. is checking on Valiente.

2nd Fall:  Valiente was taken away it's now 3 on 2. The rudos are beating down Maximo. They submit Maximo. Misterioso gives Stuka a belly to belly suplex. They then submit Stuka together. Lasted only seconds.

3rd Fall:  It's still 3 on 2 but the Tecnicos are making a comeback. Maximo gives Misterioso a butt bump in the corner. He then does the same thing to Okumura. Ohara however gets kissed by Maximo. Misterioso gets a figure four leg lock on Maximo and Maximo submits quickly. Misterioso does a Gory Special on Stuka and pins him for the win. Valiente never came back. Okay match, but the injury to Valiente seemed to screw it up.

Ultimo Dragon, Negro Casas, Alex Koslov              vs
Black Warrior, Olimpico, Sangre Azteca

1st Fall:  Koslov speaks spanish pretty good now. Azteca and Casas start it off trading moves. The rudos then abruptly go into a beat down of the tecnicos. Warrior pins Casas with the majistral cradle, Casas' move but the camera missed it competely, they were watching the brawling outside.

The trivia question was what were the 3 more important titles Ultimo Dragon has won by his own estimation? The answer was the WCW Cruiserweight title, the WCW TV title, and the NWA middleweight title. I sure wouldn't have guessed those.

2nd Fall:  The rudos continue the beat down for a few more minutes. Koslov starts the come back with a enzuigiri on Warrior. Casas does his silla outside to Warrior. Another enzuigiri to Azteca then Koslov submits him with a Crippler Cross Face. Dragon pins Olimpico after a Asai Moonsault DDT.

3rd Fall:  Casas and Warrior are trading moves back and forth. Koslov and Azteca go at it, with Azteca getting another enzjuigiri. Dragon busts out his moves on the rudos. Dragon does a moonsault outside to Olimpico. Koslov holds Azteca in a head lock while Casas pins Warrior a Casita/Majistral. Tecnicos win. Warrior issues a hair vs hair challenge. I thought this match was okay.

Oriental, Cinthia Moreno, Rossy Moreno                vs              
Mary Apache, Faby Apache, Billy Boy

1 Fall:  Billy and Oriental start it out. Trading fast moves. Cinthia does a quick sunset flip on Billy but he kicks out right away. Cinthia does a huricanrana on Mary then a  silla outside to her. Very fast paced action. Oriental topes Billy. Faby and Billy give Oriental a double DDT, then Mary gives him a swanton bomb. Mary misses Rossy and clotheslines Billy. Billy and Faby do a dual pin on Cinthia and Oriental while they were putting a dual hold on Mary, they got a 2 count. Billy topes Oriental. Rossy does a plancha to Billy from the apron. Mary does one to the group outside from the top. Faby does a missile drop kick to Cinthia, then Gran Apache from outside trips Faby with his crutch, and Mary does a DVD on Cinthia and pins her for the win. Mary then turns on her teammates giving Faby and Billy a double DDT. Moreno siblings lose, Oriental is their brother.

Scorpio Jr., Zumbido, Decnis                        vs
Chris Stone, Super Calo, Alan Stone

1 Fall:  Alan who was the last to come out, was attacked on the stage by Scorpio. The Guapos VIP group begin their beat down. Scorpio is using a belt on the Stone Brothers. Zumbido does a moonsault on Calo. Decnis does a frog splash on Chris. They crotch Alan on the ring post. The Stones make a come back with some missile drop kicks, flying head scissors, and Guapito is kicked off the apron. Calo does another missile drop kick to Zumbido. Ref Piero is outside the ring checking on Guapito. Calo tries a pescado but Zumbido moved out of the way. At this point Intocable come out and takes out a camera man for some reason, and starts hitting The Guapos with a chair. Alan picks up Guapito and tosses him out of the ring onto Decnis on the outside. Alan goes for a small package on Scorpio and gets a two count. Alan then goes for a majistral cradle and gets the three count and the win for the Stone Brothers. Scorpio was bleeding.

Joe Lider and  Crazy Boy say they are still the Mexican Powers and they are still the Champions and the best anywhere.

Konnan has The Legion is the best anywhere.

Joe Lider, Crazy Boy, Juventud Guerrera             vs
Extreme Tiger, Halloween, Konnan

1 Fall: Konnan came down and told Tiger, Nicho is gone from the Legion, and he has finished with Halloween now also, and you will see how we deal with traitors and his team beat him up. The MP's come out for the save but they get beaten up too, as the rest of Konnan's team out also, Kenzo Suzuki, X-Pac, Electroshock, Mesias & Zorro. Tiger is put through a large board at ringside. The rest of the MP's are also put through boards set up in the ring. This match never got started. The MP's get beaten up afterward with board pieces.

El Elejido, Alebrije, Intocable          vs
Antifaz, Histeria, Psicosis II

1 Fall:  Antifaz and Albrije go at it, with Cuije getting a two count on Antifaz. Elejido puts moves on both Psicosis and Histeria.  Intocable does a Swinging DDT to Psicosis. Intocable does an Asai Moonsault to Antifaz and Histeria. The Vipers beat up on Alebrije a whille. Then they beat up Elejido, tossing him off the top rope. they give Intocable a flapjack. The Vipers then bring in Cuije and spank him and toss him around. Histeria puts Cuije into a tapatia. The tecnicos then make a come back. Cuije then gives ref Copestes Salazar a low crotch level drop kick. Alebrije then does a head but tope to Psicosis but Salazar wouldn't count. Intocable tries a missile drop kick but he misses Histeria and hits Alebrije. Alebrije topes Histeria. Psicosis does a plancha to Alebrije from the top to the outside. Antrifaz then does a Perfect Plex to Intocable and goes for a pin when Alan Stone comes running out and breaks it up. Elejido then hits two German Suplex's on Antifaz and bridges him for the pin. Tecnicos win. Mr. Niebla came out to join in the brawling.

Joaquin Roldan comes out and calls out Mesias. Then Roldan calls out the AAA wrestlers. He tells Roldan he has to defend his title, Mesias then rags on all the guys who came out, Intocable, Octagon, Alebrije, Elejido, Parka. They corner Mesias, then Cibernetico comes out, he says he deserves to challenge for the title. Mesias says no. Roldan tells Ciber if he beats the Legion, he can then challenge for the title.

Electroshock, El Zorro, Mesias           vs
Octagon, Gronda II, La Parka Jr.

1 Fall:  A lot of stalling they don't even start it for several minutes. Zorro and Gronda finally go at it, with Gronda doing his power moves. More stalling when Electro and Octagon get in. La Parka tries to do some one armed wrestling. Zorro uses his stick on Parka and the other tecnicos. Mesias hits Parka with his title belt and gets the pin on him for the win. Nothing much to this match.

Kenzo Suzuki,  Konnan,  Mr. Niebla          vs
Charly Manson, Chessman, Cibernetico

1 Fall:  X-Pac and Alicia came out but X-Pac was announced as being hurt and Niebla was taking his place, and if Ciber wins this match he gets a title match with Mesias. X-Pac stayed and helped in the beat down that started right away. Pac was using a belt to hit the Hell Brothers with. Ciber is crotched on the ring post. Konnan stands on Charly crotch in the corner. Kenzo hits Chessman with a chair. Niebla hits Charly with a chair. Ciber and Kenzo fight in the ring as the other 4 fight around ringside. At this point Mesias and the Vipers came out. Suddenly Ciber chokeslams Kenzo and pins him. Ciber gets his title match. Ciber says you can run but you can't hide this is the era of the Hell Brothers.

That wraps up this show, it wasn't too bad but there was no Fuerza Aerea on it. None of them. My reviews are at http://vicsixx42.spaces.live.com and here.

Galavision AAA Lucha Libre Show for 11/17/07

AAA Lucha Libre Show for Nov. 17, 2007

Yes, I'm still around. I'm reviewing this because the AAA show was only 2 hours, not 3, which is alot better. For me it was like asking would you like getting beaten over the head for 3 hours or for 2? Huh, I'll take 2, thanks. This featured the wrestling return of Konnan and Scott Hall.

The show opens with the commentators paying tribute to Antonio Pena. Which the whole show was dedicated to.

This was a lights out match, or match taking place in Day-Glo colors:
Psicosis, Histeria, Mr. Niebla                    vs                 El Elejido, Octagon, Alebrije with Cuije

1 Fall:  Everybody was wearing some neon glowing stuff on some part of their costumes. Octagon and Histeria started it, and the tecnicos get to put their moves on the rudos, until the rudos break out thier day-glo bats and beat the tecs with them. Some chair shots are also given out. Psicosis does a Frankensteiner on Alebrije. The rudos put Cuije into a Tapatia. Cuije does a low blow to Niebla, and the tecs start their comeback. Niebla does a tope to Alebrije, and Elejido gets a gang beating, and Histeria does a spring board moonsault to him, and Elejido is gang pinned.

A giant Medallion is brought to the ring by Joaquin Roldan with two girls, Pena is on it, and it goes to the winner of the Pena Elimination Tourney. The medallion not the girls.

Pena Tournament:

Super Porky             vs             X-Pac

1 Fall:  Slow match as you can imagine. Alicia Webb is on the apron flirting with Porky. Porky does a bronco buster to X-Pac. Porky finally gives in and goes over to Alicia, but X-Pac school boys him and pins Porky for the win.

X-Pac                vs                     Mascara Devina

1 Fall:  A much faster paced match, with the action swinging back and forth. Pac does a pescado to Devina to the outside. Devina does a tope to him. Alicia interferes but Devina grabs him, Pac comes running in and runs into Alicia. Devina pins him in an inverted 'rana.

Mascara Devina                 vs               Kenzo Suzuki

1 Fall:  There was no pause between matches the next guy would come running out. Devina delivers some kicks to Kenzo then a missile drop kick, but misses a plancha. Kenzo fakes a  low blow, then pins Devina after a knee drop.

Kenzo Suzuki                   vs             La Parka Jr.

1 Fall:  Parka delivers some clotheslines with his good arm, then a tope. Parka does a Scorpion Death Drop but Kenzo kicks out. Parka does a guillotine leg drop for another 2 count. Kenzo gets an arm lock on Parka's bad arm but Parka made the ropes. Kenzo teases a martinette, but he didn't do it then locks on another arm lock on his bad arm, but Parka didn't give. Parka made a come back and got some near falls with a snap suplex and an overhead release suplex. Then Kenzo low kicked Parka with a mule kick and submitted him with another arm lock on his bad arm.

Kenzo Suzuki                vs                Laredo Kid

1 Fall:  The size difference is obvious, Kenzo throws him around a while. Kenzo did a sloppy splash as Laredo turned sideways as Kenzo was coming down. Kenzo did a over head release suplex on Laredo who landed on his head. Karma catches up to Kenzo who received a low blow mule kick from Laredo, and an enzuigiri then pins him after an shooting star press.

Laredo Kid                  vs                Ron Killings

1 Fall:  Ron attacks right away. Laredo looked exhausted, but he pulled out a Frankensteiner on Killings, but Laredo was injured in doing it. The match was stopped and awarded to Killings, Laredo couldn't continue. The replay showed on the Franken, Killings' butt came down on Laredo's knee who didn't get out of way in time. He was carried out.

Ron Killings                vs              Alan Stone

1 Fall:  Ron attacks right away again and stomps Stone. Alan made a come back, Killings did a frontward suplex on Alan and got a 2 count. Killings went for a power bomb but Alan rolled through it and pinned him with sunset flip.

Alan Stone                     vs                     Scorpio Jr.

1 Fall:  Decnis and Guapito came out with Scorpio. Scorpio attacks right away, Guapito hands Scorpio a fork and Scorpio blades Alan with it. Scorpio does a suplex for a 2 count. At this point Tirantes Sr. came out, argued his son, jr. and basically tossed him out of ring and took over refereeing the match. Stone makes a comeback, but hits Tirantes Sr., Intocable came out and distracted everybody, Stone rolled Scorpio into a majistral cradle but Tirantes wouldn't count, but Intocable did, it somehow counted just the same. Stone won.

Alan Stone                       vs               Charly Manson

1 Fall:  They start by exchanging punches, Stone gets a quick two count. They trade moves back and forth. Stone was gonna do a spring board to the outside, but he was gonna miss so he hung onto the top rope, managed to flip back inside, and went up and did a plancha out instead. Charly did a 'rana but Stone rolled through it and got a 2 count. Charly then did his figure four dragon screw leg whip and submitted Stone for the win.

Charly Manson                   vs               Scott Hall

1 Fall:  Hall came out with X-Pac and Killings. Scott chops him and does some clotheslines to him in the corner. Charly did a missile drop kick and got a 1 count. Scott did a Lariat and got a 2 count. Scott did a fallaway slam and got another 2 count. Scott was gonna toss Charly off the top rope but Charly shifted himself and fell on Scott for a 2 count. Scott did a chokeslam for a 2 count. Scott then the same thing, same result. Scott then went for the Outsiders Edge power bomb but Charly fought his way out of it. Scott went for a small package but Charly rolled the other way and pinned him for the win.

Charly Manson                   vs             Konnan

1 Fall:  Konnan had with him, Scott Hall, X-Pac, Ron Killings and Alicia. Konnan gets in some punches on Charly as Charly plays dead. Charly gets in some punches on Konnan but Konnan's team attack Charly. Charly makes a come back punches everybody. Charly did a double back elbow to Pac  and Killings. Konnan then throws some powder at Charly, but got only a 2 count. Konnan then locks on a sleeper hold on Charly, but Charly fought his way out of it. Hall then does the Outsiders Edge power bomb to Charly, at this point La Parka came out to support Charly, he put Charly's foot of the ropes during a pin. Pac gives Charly a face buster. Pac accidently hit ref. Tirantes Sr. Konnan then puts on another sleeper on Charly but Charly kicks off the top rope, falls on Konnan, and bridges back to pin Konnan for the win. Charly and Parka get beaten down afterward. After Konnan's posse leaves, Roldan awards Charly the giant medallion.

The End, that wraps up this two hour show, I thought it was pretty good this time. Nice change of pace from all the team matches week after week. I hope the two hour shows continue.

Mictlan, Mascara Purpura, Starman        vs         Emilio Charles Jr., Euforia, Nosferatu

1st Fall:  It looked like this was joined in progress because the beat down was already underway when they started. After several minutes, Euforia power bombs Purpura and pins him. He was the Captain so that ended it.

We are under the ring with Dr. Wagner Jr., and he introduces us to his protege, El Hijo De Dr. Wagner Jr., who will take up his legend some day. He puts the white mask on him. The kid seems overcome, saying he is honored to wear it.

2nd Fall:  The beat down is still going on as this fall started. After about a minute the tecnicos get a come back, with Purpura doing a backward tope to Nosferatu on the outside. Mictlan and Starman do huricanrana's and pin Euforia and Emilio together. Short fall.

El Arte Del Catch: La Sombra de Astro Boy, it's actually the satellite armbar.

The Wagner kid standing next to his dad is an inch to two taller than him.

3rd Fall:  The match seems to have settled down to a regular match by this point, with back and forth action. Purpura does a nice 'rana to Nosferatu, and after a Purpura kick, Emilio does his tooth spitting thing. Mictlan and Starman do twin topes to Euforia and Nosferatu. Emilio sneaks in a low blow on Purpura when the ref wasn't looking and pinned him for the win.

El Deseno De Canek, he explains his mask which has to do with his Aztec heritage.

The Wagner kid says he's a normal dad out of the ring.

for the CMLL World Title:
Dos Caras Jr. (c)                   vs                Lizmark Jr.

1st Fall:  This fall was likewise joined in progress. With Caras applying a back breaker to Liz but he got out. Mephisto was Liz's second. Alex Koslov was Dos'. Liz power bombs and pins Dos with is feet on the second rope.

Wagner kid says he has no girlfriend yet, he's too busy with school. The trivia question was why are Japan and Russia important to Dos Caras Jr., the answer was he debuted in Japan and had a Russian trainer.

2nd Fall:  Liz unlaces Dos' mask. He sort of unmasked him and put it on backward. Again Liz spends more time trying to unmask him. Dos does a missile drop kick on him. Dos submitted Liz with an armbar.

El Arte Del Catch: El Gori Invertida: Basically the Gory Special.

Wagner says his dad trained him well, as he will his kid, the kid breaks up again, cries on his shoulder.

3rd Fall:  Dos starts with an enzuigiri on him, then went for a camel clutch on Liz. Liz got out. Liz does a tope to Dos outside. Dos super kicks him, and Liz power bombs him and tries to pin him with his feet on the ropes again but this time Dos kicked out. Liz rolls him up for another 2 count. Liz suplex's him for another 2 count. Liz tries a cross body off the top but Dos rolls through it and gets a 2 count on him. Liz accidentally hits the ref, Dos does a military press on Liz, but on the German attempt, Liz mule kicked him for a low blow and a pin, but the ref was still out of it. As Liz was trying to revive him, Dos schoolboyed Liz and pins him for the win. Dos retains his title.

Well that wraps up that. I didn't think it was too bad.

Galavision AAA Lucha Libre Run Down for 9-15-07

AAA Show for September 15, 2007

This is not an official review of the show,  just a sort of run down of it. Not sending this anywhere, just for this site. My web site looked too lonely without any posts so just doing what I can. Can't guarantee I'll have enough time to do this every week but let's try it out.

They ran down the highlights of last week. Among them Billy Boy watching Faby and Alfa out on a date.

Mini Histeria, Mini Abismo Negro                 vs                  Octagoncito, Mascarita Devina

1 Fall:  The mini Vipers attack as soon as the mini tecnicos come out and the beat down is underway. Mini Absimo gives Devina an Apache bomb, then gives Octagoncito a Frankensteiner, and Mini Histeria gives him a frog splash, Octagoncito kicked out at 2. The come back begins when the mini Vipers hit each other. Devina was gonna give Mini Histeria a Devil's Wings but Octagoncito came in and seemed to stop him. Outside the mini Vipers kiss and make up. The mini Vipers keep pulling their opponents up at the 2 count. Octagoncito and Mini Abismo unmask each other and put on each others' masks, Octagoncito pinned Mini Abismo with a roll up wearing Abismo's mask. Mini Tecnicos win. Good entertaining match.

Ayako Hamada                 vs                   Faby Apache

1 Fall: Hamada's second was Kaoru Ito, Faby's was Alfa. Ito interferes helping beat down Faby, Alfa comes in to help Faby. Alfa gets hit with a chair by Ayako. Faby makes a come back with a plancha. Faby then did a 'rana and pinned Ayako but rudo ref Copestes Salazar wouldn't count. Ayako did a moonsault to Faby and Alfa. Faby did 3 German Suplex's to Ayako, but Ito makes the save. A few more near falls. Some mix ups with Ito hitting Ayako and Alfa hitting Faby. Ayako hits a Death Valley Driver and pins Faby for the win. Kenzo Suzuki came out and beat up Alfa and Faby afterward. Pretty good match.

Elimination Tourney for the AAA World Title:
Match 1:    Kenzo Suzuki                    vs                   Charly Manson

1 Fall:  Slow match, not to good. Kenzo suplex's Charly from the top rope when Faby comes out to distract. Charly rolls up Kenzo and pins him with a schoolboy. But it didn't end there, the match continued for some reason. Charly submits Kenzo with a reverse figure four. Charly advances in the tourney.

Match 2:  Cibernetico                 vs                 Mr. Niebla

1 Fall:  Another slow paced match. About what you'd expect. Ciber spears him and then chokeslams him and pins him. Very short match only a few minutes. Miesias came out and demanded a title shot for Ciber's title which was the IWC World Title. They showed a close up of it later. Ciber said yes. Joaquin Roldan came out and said no, but Ciber talked him into it saying it was a matter of honor.

Scorpio was interviewed about the internal squabble for leadership of Los Guapos between him and Guapito.

Super Calo, Scorpio Jr., Alan Stone               vs               Extreme Tiger, Joe Lider, Crazy Boy

1 Fall:  Alan Stone now a generic version of his entrance music, no words to it and no singing anymore by anyone. That's a pity, I thought it was one of the best entrances in wrestling, well that's gone now. Very fast paced match. Guapos put a beat down on the MP's, with Guapito getting in some shots. But soon Alan and Scorpio come to blows with even Guapito getting hit. The MP's make a comeback during the confusion, Crazy and Joe do a double power bomb on Alan and pin him for the win.

For the IWC World Title:
Cibernetico (C)                   vs                   Mesias

1 Fall:  Mesias attacks right away but Ciber mounts a comeback, with a spear but rudo ref. Salazar slow counts the pin. Mesias does a forward Russian leg swipe and pins Ciber for the win, the title, and winning Ciber's place in the AAA World Title Tourney. In shown in replay that Mesias took out a pair of brass knucks and hit Ciber with 'em before the Russian leg swipe.

Chessman, Zorro, Elejido                       vs                   Mesias, Cuervo, Ozz

1 Fall:  The tecnicos attack, but the Secta soon takes control of the beat down. Mesias throws Chessman into the ring side seats. Cuervo gets in a low blow on Elejido. La Secta deals out some chair shots. The beat down went on for a long while. The tecnicos get a come back at last, but as Zorro is doing a tope, Kenzo Suzuki spits something into his face in mid tope. More Secta chair shots. Chessman misses a torneo moonsault when Mesias moved, and Mesias hits him with that same forward Russian Leg swipe and pins him for the win.

That wraps that up. How do you like the abrieveated version of the show. Not as detailed but alot easier on me. Only the first two matches were good, but no Fuerza Aerea and too much Kenzo Suzuki.

Atlantis vows to beat Rey Bucanero tonight and win the Light Heavyweight Title. Rey said he know Atlantis is a good wrestler but if he wants to win, he'll have to work hard for it.

Nosferatu, Virus, Satanico                 vs             Tony Rivera, Fabian El Gitano, Leono

1st Fall:  Leono and Satanico start it off slowly, exchanging holds. Fabian gives Virus a spring board arm drag to the outside. Fabian does a moonsault to the outside on Nosferatu. Rivera does a missile drop kick on Satanico and pins him. Leono does a face buster on Virus and submits him with a crossface.

The interview is with Metalico, formerly Tigre Metalico.

2nd Fall:  Rivera takes turns trading moves with all 3 rudos. Rivera does a spring board elbow to Nosferatu, then gives him a head scissors from the apron to the floor. The rudos trap Leono in their corner and beat him up a bit. Satanico throws Leono around by the hair. The rudos put Rivera's head band around his eyes, blinding him, and throw him around too. Virus and Satanico toss Leono into Nosferatu who spears him. Virus and Satanico stretch Leono by the limbs and Nosferatu stands on him, and the refs make the 3 count.

El Arte Del Catch: Tony Salazar with two wrestlers demonstrates a hold called El Nodo Rosa, kind of a double underhook chicken wing.

3rd Fall:  Nosferatu gets a swastika on Rivera but Leono breaks it up. Leono drops an elbow on him, but Satanico breaks up that pin. Satanico gets an arm lock on Leono but Fabian breaks that up. Virus gets a half crab on Fabian but Rivera comes off the top with a double ax handle knocks him off. The rudos go into a beat down of the tecnicos, beating them up one by one. Nosferatu topes Fabian. Satanico submits Rivera to Nodo Rosa, Virus submits Leono to a version of the Tequila Sunrise. Rudos win.

Metalico shows off his tattoos, and explains them, saying they all mean something.

CMLL Light Heavyweight Title:
(C) Rey Bucanero                     vs                 Atlantis

1st Fall:  They seem to join this in progress with these two already wrestling and exchanging holds and moves back and forth. Several near falls back and forth. After several more near falls, Rey rolls up Atlantis from behind and pins him for the 3 count.

The trivia question is which question offered Atlantis an opportunity to be his heir?

Metalico tells the story of when he tried a moonsault and missed, hitting his head on the concrete floor, his head was bleeding, he wanted them to remove his mask, because he was choking on his own blood. He doesn't remember much about it, he said Brazo De Oro was there telling him he was gonna be alright he doesn't really remember that. He had a near death experience, he put his life in God's hand he says, and he somehow saw his son and wanted to live for him.

The answer to the question was El Solitario, who offered him the chance to be Solitario Jr. or Hijo but he wanted to be Atlantis.

2nd Fall:  Very short fall, Atlantis power bombed Rey and pinned him with his feet on the ropes. The refs didn't see it.

This time Salazar demonstrates El Cavernario. Kind of a surfboard using the head.

Metalico is grateful to Shocker because he got his start in the Guapos search from years ago.

3rd Fall:  The seconds were Emilio Charles Jr. for Atlantis and Maximo for Rey. Rey did a Mortal on Atlantis. Atlantis applies a Cavernario on Rey, Rey gets out. Atlantis gets Rey in an upside down Gory Special but Rey rolls off and rolls him up, Atlantis rolls the other way for a near fall. Atlantis gets a few more near falls. Atlantis power bombs and gets another near fall on Rey. Atlantis does a swanton bomb on Rey but Rey kicks out at 2. Rey gets some near falls on him, one with an inverted 'rana. Atlantis does a huricanrana on him but Rey rolls through it and gets a two count. Atlantis tosses Rey out of the ring and does a tope to him. Atlantis does a cross body off the top but Rey rolls through it and gets a near fall on him. Rey does a sunset flip but Atlantis rolls back the other way and tries a pin using the ropes, but Rey kicked out. Rey does his underhook power bomb but Atlantis kicked out at 2. Atlantis rolls him up for a 2 count. Atlantis went for his Atlantida but Rey wiggled out. Rey rolls up Atlantis and this time pins him for the 3 count and the win. Rey retains his title. Atlantis says he likes wrestling wrestlers as good as Rey but he wants a rematch. Rey says he too liked the match, but he wants a hair vs mask with Atlantis, Atlantis reponse was to kick him down.  I was impressed with Atlantis, he can really wrestle when he wants to.

Virus issues threats to Stuka and his partners, Stuka said his team is better. Ultimo Guerrero said he and his team have the belts, and Mistico is finished. Mistico said he doesn't care whether Ultimo is on another level, or whether Dr. Wagner is with him or not, he and Negro were robbed of the belts and the fans know that.

Tony Rivera, Stuka Jr., Mictlan       vs       Nosferatu, Euforia, Virus

1st Fall:  Nosferatu and Rivera start it off slowly exchanging moves. Rivera gets a quick 2 count with a back slide. After a while Euforia and Mictlan get in, Mictlan power slams Euforia. Then Virus and Stuka get in, Stuka does a plancha from the top inside the ring, Stuka tried a 'rana but Virus turned it into a power bomb and pinned him. Nosferatu does a version of a Boston crab and submits Rivera.

We are under the ring with Maximo. We meet his mother Adela and his dog, who live in a small home. He said his mother didn't want him to wrestle but it was in his blood he had to. He said he got a phone call from his uncle who was distressed he was working as an exotico, and was in tears thinking he was gay. He said he had to do it. It's just a character.

2nd Fall:  Los Infernales had begun a beat down as this fall started, Nosferatu speared Rivera. The tecnicos start a come back soon after, with Rivera getting catapulted outside onto Nosferatu. Stuka submits Euforia to a reverse figure four. Mictlan does a over head back breaker on Virus and pins him.

Maximo's mother says Maximo will eat almost anything, Maximo said that's because she's a very good cook. We also meet his sister, simply called in the graphics "Sister".

3rd Fall:  Stuka flips around on Virus. Rivera does a huricanrana from the top to Nosferatu. Stuka monkey flips Euforia to the outside, then goes up and does a moonsault to him on the floor. Virus misses a spear on Rivera and hits the post. Rivera does a tope on Virus. Mictlan does a Frankensteiner on Nosferatu. Mictlan went for a 'rana but Nosferatu power bombed him and pinned him for the win. Euforia issues threats to Stuka afterward. Stuka said you won the battle but not the war.

Maximo is watching a soccer game, while they show pictures of him as a boy, one of the pictures is one of him as a boy being picked up by Andre the Giant. His mother said he always wanted to be a luchador.

Negro Casas, Volador Jr., Mistico      vs      Ultimo Guerrero, Averno, Mephisto

1st Fall:  The little evil monkey is with them. The rudos go into a beat down of the tecnicos right away. The Evil Monkey does a moonsault from the top but Volador catches him, the little guy however does a armdrag to Volador. Averno does the Devil's Wings to Mistico and Mephisto pins him to win this fall.

Maximo shows off his motorcycle. His mother said he's a  good son.

2nd Fall:  The rudos are still into the beat down. Negro is tossed into the ring, Mistico slapped the evil monkey on the ass. Ultimo holds Volador across his knees while the evil monkey came off the top with a plancha to him. Averno runs Mistico's back into the ringpost. Mistico and Volador are picking on the evil monkey, and soon the tecnicos begin their come back. Mistico does a flying head scissors to Averno. Mistico does a tope to him. Negro does a Casita to Mephisto and pins him. Volador does a sunset flip to Ultimo and pins him too.

El Arte Del Catch: Tony Salazar demonstrates the Gory Special with two guys.

The trivia question was what was the first identity of Averno? Anyone know?

Maximo shows off some stuffed animals he has, and a sponge bob square pants piggy bank. Maximo says when he goes to bed, his dog always joins him in it.

Averno's first identity was Rencor Latino and under that name won the mask of Hijo Del Gladiator.

3rd Fall:  Mistico is in the ring putting his moves on the rudos. Several head scissors, then a moonsault to Averno to the outside. Negro did his silla outside to Ultimo who apparently tried to hold him up, but Negro hit him several times on the head and he went down. Volador did a pescado outside to Mephisto. Mistico in the ring, hit his "Mistica" on Averno and he submitted. Tecnicos win.

And that wrapped  up the show, they used generic music for all the wrestlers, one tune for all. Maximo seems to live his gimmick, and lives very modestly like most of them do.  Wasn't a bad show. My reviews are at: http://vicsixx42.spaces.live.com

Sagrado says this is gonna be his year. Misterioso says to beat a good wrestler you need another good wrestler and he is one.

Eclipse, Misterioso II, Shigeo Okumura     vs 
Sagrado, Tony Rivera, Leono

1st Fall:  Starts off slowly with both sides trading moves back and forth. Sagrado does a spring board cross body to Eclipse. Sagrado head scissors him to the outside, and then does a plancha to him from the top to the outside. Rivera does a frog splash to Okumura and pins him. Leono does a corkscrew neck breaker to Misterioso and pins him to win this fall.

We are under the ring with Loco Max.  He lives in what looks like a small apartment. He has a statue of Jesus in his living room, and religious paintings also. These bits all indicate that these guys live a spartan modest life. After the commercial he introduces his 12 year old son and his 5 year old daughter, and his wife who has been with him from the beginning.

2nd Fall:  Misterioso and Leono trade moves to start this fall. Leono head scissors him and gives him an enzuigiri. Eclipse military presses Rivera, but Rivera got out, Eclipse tried a power bomb but Rivera gives him a face buster instead. Rivera then gives Okumura  chest cracker. The 3 rudos then go into a beat down of the tecnicos ganging up on Sagrado. Okumura does a pescado outside to Sagrado. Eclipse does a standing moonsault on Rivera and pins him. Misterioso does a suplex bridge and pins Leono.

El Deseno de Super Nova: he shows off and explains his custome.

Back to Loco Max, he says he believes in dreams, and that dreams can come true, he says he has dreamed many things that have come true. He says lucha libre is a hard life but a good one and has made many of his dreams possible.  His wife Mary and Max talk about how and when they met.

3rd Fall:  The rudos are still into the beat down when this fall gets underway. Okumura does a missile drop kick on Rivera. The tecnicos begin their come back soon after this. The tecnicos do a 3 way tope to all 3 rudos. Rivera does a huricanrana on Misterioso but Okumura kicks him off. Leono does a spring board elbow drop on Okumura's back, but Eclipse breaks up the pin. Sagrado does a moonsault from the top to Eclipse and gets the pin and the win.

Back to Loco Max, his wife's mother didn't want them to get married, but they did anyway. He has his funiture covered in sheets. His son Sullivan says he loves his dad. Max says some day they will understand that everything he does he does for them.

For the CMLL World Heavyweight Title:
Universo 2000(c)              vs                 Dos Caras Jr.

1st Fall:  Starts slow with with Caras working on Universo's legs, then U-2 does likewise. Universo then locks on an STF and submits Caras to win this fall.

The crew gather in the ring and pay a tribute to a fellow crew man that has passed away.

Mas displays his man bag his has strapped around his waist, there he says he has his papers, his money, his "medicine".  His son has one too, packed with a walkman, candy, games.

2nd Fall:  U-2 is still beating down Dos, even gets a quick near fall with a roll up. U-2 sits on him and gets another near fall. Caras begins his come back soon after. Dos locks on an fugiwara arm bar and submits Universo.

El Arte Del Catch: El Cangrejo, which we know as a Boston Crab.

Back to Max, he says his son does a good job of taking care of his sister when he's away. His son says when his dad is wrestling he's happy because that means he's working and that means he can provide for them. Max says without a family you have nothing.

3rd Fall:  Dos does a spring board plancha to Universo who was in the aisle. Universo locks on a surfboard in the ring, but Dos didn't give. Universo then locks on a half crab on Dos, but Dos made the ropes. Dos locks on a version of the camel clutch but U-2 didn't give. Then Universo did a tope to Dos  to the outside. Dos super kicks U-2, but Universo power bombs him and tries to pin him with his feet on the ropes, another near fall with U-2 rolls him up and uses the tights, Universo goes up and does a plancha to him, but Dos rolls through it and gets a near fall on him. Dos does a military press on Universo, but he couldn't do the German suplex as Universo hung onto the ropes, Dos then rolls him up in small package and gets the 3 count and the win. We have a new Champion, Dos Caras Jr. wins the World Title.  Dos credits the people with helping him win.

Felino and Nosferatu do promos threatening each other's teams. Dos Caras Jr. and Universo 2000 likewise threaten each other.

Satanico, Nosferatu, Euforia               vs             Felino, La Mascara, Valiente

1st Fall:  Euforia and Mascara start it off. Soon however Los Infernales go into a beat down of the tecnicos. Euforia gives Felino a back elbow. Valiente gets stretched by Satanico and Nosferatu while Euforia stands on him and he submits. Euforia and Nosferatu deliver elbow drops on Felino while Satanico holds him, they do the same thing to Mascara that they did to Valiente and he submits also.

We were under the ring with El Terrible. He has an impressive collection of horror related masks displayed in his living room, and horror dolls. Aside from Horror movies he also has a passion for motorcycles he has stacks and stacks of motocycle magazines and miniature  motorcycle toys and displays still more horror masks, he has alot of them.

2nd Fall:  Nosferatu starts this fall by doing a neck breaker drop on Mascara. The tecnicos however begin a comeback soon after. Valiente topes Euforia, Mascara does a huricanarana on Nosferatu and pins him. While Felino was brawling outside with Satanico I believe the rudos got counted outside the ring.

Stuka Jr. explains his brother is Stuka, and he goes on to explain that he is doing a pilot gimmick, with the goggles on the mask, the gloves, and insignia on the mask.

Back to Terrible, he displays still more Horror masks, including a gas mask. He displays an axe and a helmet he has worn to the ring a few times.

3rd Fall:  Valiente monkey flips Euforia. Satanico does a sunset flip on Felino for a near fall. Satanico submits Felino with a full nelson and it's over. Very short fall.

Back to Terrible, he shows a picture of his wife.

Rey Bucanero, Marco Corleone, Dos Caras Jr.    vs   Universo 2000, Toscano, Ultimo Guerrero

1st Fall:  The rudos attack right away with Dos getting his mask ripped open. Toscano leg drops Marco. In the midst of the rudo beat down, Rey goes over and sits on a woman at ringside, so does Marco. Toscano leap frogs onto Dos' stomach. Toscano comes off the second rope with a leg drop to Rey who was held across Ultimo's knees, and they pin him, Ultimo does a suplex to Marco and pins him too.

Back to Terrible, he talks about his motorcycle. Back to his masks again, he has a doll that looks like a zombie inside a chicken suit.

2nd Fall:  The tecnicos are still getting beat down, Ultimo does the headstand drop in the corner to Marco. The tecnicos start the comeback soon after that. Dos pulls U-2's legs and drops him outside. Marco does a splash from the top and pins Ultimo. Rey does a majistral and pins Toscano(the wrestler formerly known as Tarzan boy).

3rd Fall:  The match seems to settle down for a while with Rey and Toscano trading moves. Rey did a head scissors to Ultimo on the outside. They stall as Marco gyrates for the fans, then does a double clothesline from the top to Toscano & Ultimo, then a double body press to them. Universo does a drop kick to Dos, then Dos clotheslines him to the outside. Rey leap frogs onto the backs of Ultimo & Toscano. Rey does a tope to them, followed by Marco doing a plancha to them. Universo gets a small package on Dos for a near fall. Universo power bombs Dos for another near fall. Dos then hits his German Suplex Bridge and pins Universo for the win. Dos says next weeek he defends the title against Universo.

AAA Galavision for July 21, 2007

AAA on Galavision 7/21/07

Forever is a long time. I'm trying out a new system. This is not an official AAA review, just going over the highlights, meaning this is just for here, not sending this anywhere else. And not going into any real details of the matches, that does takes too long. Lets see how this works out.

Cannibal, Esplosivo, Aerostar   vs   Diabolicos: Angel Mortal, Gallego, Mr. Condor.

Explosivo has a white pale body, whiter than most Mexicans. Cannibal is like a young thin version of Kamala. Mostly a by the numbers match. Aero did a nice tope, then a nice spring board moonsault to the outside. Cannibal simply slipped of the top rope and they pinned him. Strange ending.

Alan, Decnis, Gran Apache, Super Calo    vs   Pegasso, Super Fly, Rey Cometa, Laredo Kid

With these two teams involved it virtually guarantees a good match. It was. There were Planchas, Moonsaults, Torneos. Alan back dropped Laredo to the outside. Alan and Decnis missed a double spear. Apache pins Laredo.

In the skit, Apache wants Alfa to unmask, he doesn't want to. They work him out with the other trainees. Apache was wearing a Familia Apache T-Shirt, it looked nice. Apache asks who taught him he said his father. Apache said he'll talk to some people at AAA and get him in. Then Apache names him Alfa, uh, he already had that name when he debuted years ago. Some coincidence huh?

Faby is still griping about being cheated out of joining the Legion.

Rosy Moreno, Ayako Hamada   vs   Faby Apache, Cinthia Moreno

Pretty good match, started with the tecnicas dealing out chair shots. Faby hit Cinthia, Ref. Salazar slow counts for Faby. The Moreno Sisters fight outside and to the back and virtually disappear for the rest of the match. Gran Hamada comes out and attacks Faby, Salazar was hit by Ayako, Gran Apache came out and they fought, they kept trying to turn this into a regular match going for pins, but there was no ref. and this wasn't a real match. Gran Hamada looked pretty good. Salazar revives and DQ's the Hamadas, and Rosy who had no real part of this match. This looks like a pretty good fued the Hamadas vs the Apaches.

Notas: Yet another plug for the US tour, showing them arriving at some airport.
And La Parka and Octagon visiting some girl who had cancer.

Psicosis, Scoria, Espiritu   vs   Crazy Boy, Joe Lider, Extreme Tiger

Pretty much the same matche these two teams always have. Only more boring and longer. Chairs and a large board. Crazy pins Espiritu with a moonsault with a chair under him.

Fuerza Guerrera slams son Juvie's extreme style wrestling. Says when he is out there Juvie is not his son.

Fuerza Guerrea, Scorpio Jr., Alan Stone  vs  Super Astro, Alebrije, Octagon

Guapito came out with a guitar but Cuije took it away from him and used it on him. Guapito bled. Astro was better here than in his last appearance, is he the Mexican version of Ric Flair? Cibernetico was at ringside with his new girl, hey they showed this scene last week on Notas, does AAA have a time machine? Anyway when the rudos were hassling him he left. Astro toped Stone, Alebrije pins Scorpio. Average at best match.

Ozz, Kenzo Suzuki, Mesias   vs   La Parka, Latin Lover, Zorro

Rudos attack early. Mesias works over Parka's bad arm. One long beat down. Ciber reappears, distracting them as Latin pins Mesias with a Majistral. La Secta and Psicosis come out to join in the beat down. They put a white T-Shirt on Ciber and spray paint on him, El Dios Baboso. They had duct taped Latin, Zorro, and Parka.

This system is alot easier for me, and as I said, this is just for this site now. Scott is still the Official AAA reviewer, as recognized by the Dios De Lucha Libre-Gran Apache, hey it makes more sense than Ciber.

Rey Bucanero says he has the best team.

Ultimo Guerrero says he doesn't care if they voted for him or not, he is Rey's challenger, and he will get him.

Shigeo Okumura, Goto, OHara           vs      Leono, Stuka Jr., Valiente

1st Fall:  Okumura and Leono start it off, exchanging fast moves. Then Goto and Valiente go at it. Valiente does a back flip off the ropes then monkey flips Goto. Valiente then topes Goto. Leono drops a spring board elbow drop on Okumura and pins him. Stuka does a standing moonsault on top of Ohara and pins him.

The interview is Texano Jr., we see his home, he lives in a very small apartment, and I mean very small, barely big enough for him. Kind of destroys the mythos of lucha libre stars when they show us how modest they really live. He sleeps on a small twin size bed. After the commercial, he cooks himself a meal.

2nd Fall:  Leono starts by arm dragging Goto a few times, then giving him an enzuigiri. Then Leono throws Ohara around, adds a quebradora and a superkick. The Japanese at this point go into a beat down of the tecnicos. Okumura does a missile drop kick on Valiente. They give Stuka a gang flapjack. Ohara gives Stuka a high knee kick to the chest and Okumura pins him. Goto gives Leono a brain buster and pins him.

Brief snippet of interview with Sombra, he talks about he got his mask design from his father.

Texano Jr., is still cooking, looks like fried eggs, he talks about doing laundry, and putting it away. He puts it away in a  small nightstand next to his small bed. After the commercial, we meet his mother Ana, she says he eats alot.

3rd Fall:  As this fall begins the Japanese are still beating on the tecnicos. Stuka gets a gang stomping. Leono and his partners mount a comeback, with quebradoras, chops. Stuka does a plancha/arm drag to Ohara from the top to the outside. Leono super kicks Okumura then does a torneo to him to the outside. Valiente does a spring board cross body on Goto and gets a 2 count. Goto does a chokeslam on Valiente and pins him. Okumura does a reverse DDT on Leono and pins him. Ohara does a high kick to Stuka and pins him too.

Ramstein gives away the mask he put up to the winner of a contest, a young boy.

Texano Jr., they're still eating, on the walls we see plagues to Texano Sr. and pictures of him.

Negro Casas is waiting sitting on the apron, when Leobardo Magadan arrives, apparently to be trained by Casas, Leo says he is a rudo and is ready to win. Casas says however if you want to be a rudo you have know how to lose. Off they go to train at some cmll gym with Casa, Leo, and other trainees. first Leo is carrying some guy on his back, then is has to walk on his hands wheel barrol like. Then has to somersault over Casas. Leo jumps over him instead and tries to leave, they bring him back. They throw him down and all the trainees pin him in a big pile on. After as they check on him, Leo says this is how it's like being a rudo, and they cheer him.

Ultimo Guerrero, Toscano(formerly Tarzan Boy), Universo 2000 vs
Dos Caras Jr., Rey Bucanero, Marco Corleone

1st Fall:  Marco's spanish is getting better. We join the fall with the beat down already in progress. Caras was apparently attacked in the aisle by U-2. The match settles down quickly to a regular match. Toscano & Rey really starting it off. Mostly trading arm drags. Then Marco and Ultimo go at it, Marco is over foot taller than Ultimo and points that out. Toscano comes in to help, but Marco handles them both, Marco comes off the top with a clothesline to Ultimo. Then Caras and U-2 go at it. Caras enzuigiri's him and knocks him outside, Caras tries a tope but he got caught up and tangled up in the ropes, he untangled himself and simply vaulted over the top rope on Universo. (nice of Universo to wait for him). Marco does a cross body off the top but Ultimo rolls through it and pins him. Rey had Toscano in a hold but Toscano got out and rolled him up from behind and pinnned him. They asked a woman at ringside about Marco, she said he was fine, and points to the guys beside her and said they were cold meat.

Texano Jr., his mom said she isn't sure he Jr. will reach the status of his dad as he was one of the greatest luchadors in Mexico. She then says she thinks he can come pretty close after all. After the commercial, he said he is grateful to his mom who helped and supported him alot.

2nd Fall:  The rudos are still beating down the tecnicos. A girl at ringside had an I love Marco T-Shirt. U-2 was biting Marco on the thigh. Marco then stops and begins the comeback, doing a cross body to all 3 at once. U-2 and Dos fight their  way up the aisle. Marco does a flying clothesline off the top to Ultimo and pins him. Rey submitted Toscano to some kind of head scissors/arm bar.

Tony Salazar shows up the senton with two guys doing it.

A bit where Leobardo Magadan said was supposed to give news of cmll, but basically pushed merchandise back packs, lunch boxes, sippy cups, T-Shirts with  Que Monito.

Texano Jr., he says it's very had following in his father's foot steps, and living up to the name.

3rd Fall:  Starts normally, with Rey and U-2 trading moves. Rey gives Toscano a tornado DDT. Guerrerito the evil monkey is at ringside. Rey kicks Guerrerito off the  apron. Caras deals out quebradoras and kicks. Guerrerito comes off the top but Caras just catches him. U-2 rips open Dos' mask. Dos however clotheslines him to the outside. Rey does a tope on Ultimo, Marco comes off the apron with a clothesline to Toscano. Dos does a plancha inside to U-2. He tries a pin, but U-2 kicks out at 2, and tosses Dos on top of the ref. Dos does a military press on U-2 but he got out and did a low blow kick to Dos and pinned him for the win. A few challenges go back and forth, and they brawl a bit as they off the air.

12 Greatest Matches in Lucha Libre History Special

Sorry it took me so long to review this, this wasn't an easy show to review, mostly discussion and brief clips, no entire matches.  Some Luchadores were interviewed in studio, the history review was by Julio Cesar Rivera, and El Testigo a masked lucha historian.

1st was a mask vs mask with Fishman vs Sangre Chicana, Fishman submits him, and Chicana angrily unmasked.

2nd was mask vs mask with Fishman vs El Corbarde, the action went back and forth. Cobarde topes Fishman, alot of near falls. Fishman rips at his mask and Cobarde bleeds, Cobarde does the same to him. Cobarde goes for a Gory Special, but Fishman rolls through it and pins him for the win. Cobarde unmasked.

They talk about El Solitario, and his feud with La Ola Blanca(Angel Blanco and Dr. Wagner). They mention that Solitario and Blanco were good friends in real life even though they fought. Solitario took both their masks and did away with La Ola Blanca.

3rd Match: El Solitario vs Dr. Wagner mask vs mask. Clips show Wagner getting his mask ripped, Solitario too. Solitario won with a roll up. Wagner unmasks and identified as Manuel Gonzalez Rivera. They mention this was Wagner's last match, his friend Angel Blanco died soon after.

They interview Bobby Lee, he began his career pretending to be the brother of Bruce Lee. He mentions defending his world title against Villiano-3, and against Santo and in that match challenged him to a mask vs mask which he accepted.

4th Match: Bobby Lee vs El Santo, mask vs mask.  Only photos shown of this match with Lee losing and unmasking. Lee put his mask back on in the studio and cut a brief promo.

El Halcon, he mentions his matches with Mil Mascaras, Alfonso Dantes, winning Alfonso's hair and 8 days later going into the mask vs mask with Mil.

5th Match El Halcon    vs   Mil Mascaras, mask vs mask. Frenetic pace with these guys throwing each other around. Mil splashing him and doing a couple of head butt topes to him. Mil submits him and Halcon unmasked. Halcon kept referring to him as Danny Ortiz and taking credit for making his career and giving him a personality.

6th Match was El Halcon vs Gemelo Diablo 1, defending his world title against him. Clips of the action going back and forth. Diablo topes him on the outside, Halcon said he hurt his shoulder on that one but he still got back in and beat him.

7th Match was El Santo & Gran Hamada vs Scorpio & Hurican Ramirez. Santo getting his mask ripped, clips looked like a violent match.

8th Match was El Santo, Gory Guerrero, El Solitario, Hurican Ramirez vs El Signo, Negro Navarro, El Texano, Perro Aguayo Sr. Match looked very violent, Gory looked old and he was getting beat on big time. Alot of blood in this match, freaky seeing a young Perro.  Not clear who won, they didn't say, but said this was Santo's last match.

9th Match was Los Gringos Locos: Art Barr & Eddie Guerrero vs Hijo Del Santo & Octagon. Hair vs Masks in Los Angeles. Clips only, Eddie and Art looked like they were wrestling in fast forward, really fast pace. They show Eddie going for the Gory Special, and Eddie doing a huricanrana to Santo who was on Art's shoulders. Eddie looked like he was really enjoying himself, he layed on the match kicking his arms and legs. Art did a really nice looking frog splash to Octagon. Santo does a flying head scissors to Eddie, then Santo and Octagon tope them. Eddie and Art lose. A few days later they say, Art Barr died.

10th match was Perro Aguayo Sr. vs Mascara Ano 2000, mask vs mask. Ano attacks kicking and kicking at Perro. Perro low blows Ano and gets DQ'd losing the first fall. In the second Perro goes into his Hulk Out routine no selling Ano's offense. Ano uses brass knucks and gets DQ'd. In the 3rd fall, Cien Caras interferes from outside, with the ref distracted Perro low blows Ano again but this time pins him to win. Ano unmasked and ran to the back. Ano said in the studio he was worried this might be the end of his career.

11th Match was Perro Aguayo Sr vs Universo 2000, hair vs mask. Universo beats him with a Martinette and Perro loses his hair.

12th Match was Fuerza Guerrera vs El Gallo Tapato mask vs mask.  As mentioned Gallo came to the ring with a live chicken, Fuerza took it away from him and started beating him with it. Freaky stuff.  Damn! Gallo makes a comeback and puts some moves on him. Gallo rips Fuerza's mask. Fuerza submits Gallo to a Texas Cloverleaf leg lock to win the first fall. In the second, Gallo backslides him to win this fall. In the 3rd, Fuerza uses the same leg lock to win this fall that he did the first. Gallo unmasked.

To end the show they showed random clips from the AAA vs CMLL card. The clips were too fast paced and too random to describe, but alot of brawling involving alot of guys.

That ends the show.  Very good considering these only brief clips and only an hour show. Worth hunting down if you get a chance.

The 12 Greatest Matches show did air on FSE last Friday, they showed clips of various mask vs mask matches, and alot of discussion, my favorite parts were seeing the clips of Art Barr & Eddie Guerrero back then, boy were they fast, and clips of Fuerza Guerrera vs El Gallo, Fuerza was beating Gallo with his own live chicken he came to the ring with. Swinging it like a bat, I guess there's no ASPCA in Mexico. Anyway back to AAA, this show was taped in Merida, Mexico.

They start by asking fans who they prefer rudos or tecnicos.

Cinthia Moreno, Estrellita                 vs               Angel Williams, Ayako Hamada

1 Fall:  Ref. is Pepe Tropicasas. Konnan came out with the Legion girls, he said the AAA girls should be embarrassed to be in the same ring as these two, then he left. The action starts with all 4 going at it at the same time. Angel came off the top with a splash to Cinthia, then Ayako did a Frog splash to her. Ayako brings in a chair and hits both tecnicas in the belly with it. They set the chair up in the ring and Angel throws Cinthia into it, then Estrellita too. They sit Estrellita on the chair and Ayako drop kicks her. Cinthia got hit with the chair 6 or 7 more times. Estrellita reverses a toss and Ayako got hit with the chair and the tecnica comeback began. Both Rudas got hit with the chair. There seems to cut here as suddenly Cinthia and Angel were fighting on the stage. Cinthia hit Angel with the chair several times. Estrellita drags Angel around by the hair and tosses her by using it. The match slows down even more by this with Estellita and Angel trading moves and poses. Estrellita did a missile drop kick to Ayako. Cinthia did a 'rana to Ayako coming off the top rope. Cinthia did  a silla to Ayako outside, Estrellita did one also to Angel. Ayako did a moosault from the top rope but Cinthia got her feet up. There was a crowd shot during Cinthia big move to Ayako, they missed it. Cinthia did a sunset flip to Ayako for a near fall. Ayako then did a Northern Lights Bomb on Cinthia, then Faby Apache came out and attacked Ayako her revenge for these two rudas turning on her last week. Faby power bombed Ayako and put Cinthia on top, but ref Tropicasas pulled Cinthia off by the hair and DQ'd the Tecnicas for Faby's interference. Rudas win.

By the way the lighting sucked, the ring was half in shadows all night long, but the arena was packed, every seat was filled.

Faby was at the side of a pool, being interviewed by Zuniga, he asks about the Legion, she said she likes to be on the side of winners.  At this point Sexy Star confronts her she was wearing a bikini and her mask. Star asked about the Legion and about Billy, then some pushing and shoving takes place between these two, they push each other into the pool, and fight in the water.

Sexy Star, Laredo Kid                 vs                     Faby Apache & Gran Apache

1 Fall:  Ref is Copetes Salazar. Gran came out with two chairs, and they attack right away. Both Gran and Faby beat up on Laredo. The beat down goes on a while. The tecnicos make a comeback of course. Star does a 'rana on Faby. Gran puts Star on the top rope and feels her up a little, she head scissors him. Laredo and Faby trade moves, Faby more than holds her own with him. Gran and Faby both power bomb Laredo, he picks him up and passes him over to her. Star gives Gran a back elbow in the corner, Laredo gave him an enzuigiri. Laredo gets a chair and teases hitting Faby with it, but before he can, Gran takes it away from and swings, he ducks and Gran nails Faby with the chair hard. Gran then hits Laredo and Star with the chair. Laredo and Gran fight all over ringside and eventually make their up a ladder up to the bleacher section. Gran has Laredo's head in a chair, when Super Fly comes out to help his partner and makes his way all the way up to where they are. Meanwhile in the ring Star has Faby pinned but ref. Copetes is distracted by the fighting in the stands. Super Fly hits Gran with a hard chair shot. Star does a 'rana and has Faby pinned again but ref. Copetes is on the apron watching the guys in the stands. Faby then nails her Faby Driver on Star and goes up top but at this point Ayako Hamada comes out and tosses Faby off the top, the ref didn't see it. Ayako hit Faby with a another hard chair shot. Gran is bleeding as he returns to the ring followed by Fly and Laredo. Laredo does  a torneo moonsault to Gran and Fly, Laredo, and Star all pin him together for like 30 seconds until Copetes returns and slowly counts 3. Tecnicos win. Super Calo came out for the save, and does some moves on them, but Fly flips backward over the top rope onto Calo. Fly and Laredo beat down Gran again afterward. In the replay they showed Gran tossing Fly and Laredo out of the bleachers into the ringside section.

Gran Apache is putting his trainees through a workout, showing them rolling and moosaults, when Alfa returns and asks about being trained, he has returned like he said he would. Gran says okay get in. Alfa and Super Calo then trade some very fast moves, with Alfa getting an arm lock on Calo. Gran goes up to him and says that's enough for now, come back tomorrow. He leaves. Gran asks Calo what happened, Calo says that guy has promise, Gran says no problem and just laughs. Then goes back to training his trainees.

Notas/News:  They show Mascara Devina opening up his own gym somewhere in Mexico, with a few AAA guys present, and clips of card that took place outside the gym.
They mention the US tour again.
They mention Lita's group the Luchagors will play at Triplemania 15.
They show Cibernetico and his new girl sitting at ringside at some card somewhere.

Joe Lider back at the beach, says he considered Psicosis a friend but no more. They have a surprise for him too, Extreme Tiger, and we are the best Extreme Wrestlers anywhere.

Psicosis, Espiritu, Cuervo, Scoria           vs       Joe Lider, Crazy Boy, Extreme Tiger

1 Fall: Ref is Tirantes Sr. Juventud Guerrera comes out before his team with his arm in a sling saying he is injured and can't wrestle. The secta attacks him, hitting him with chairs, they power bomb him on two set up chairs in the ring. Juvie is taken away as his team shows up. Tiger drop kicks a chair into Scoria's face. Crazy did a rana coming off the top rope onto Cuervo. Crazy holds Espiritu on his own back for Joe Lider to come off the top with a stomp to him. Tiger does a 450 splash from the top onto Espiritu on the floor. They hang Psicosis from the tree of woe and Lider drop kicks a chair into him. The MP's are in control of the beat down of La Secta. A chair is tossed at Scoria. Lider suplex's Cuervo on a set up chair. Tiger senton's Psicosis, then leg drops him, then a enzuigiri to Cuervo, Cuervo got hit with the chair twice. Crazy Boy and Cuervo fight their way to the back and up the bleacher section as the Secta make a comeback in the ring. Scoria hits a Belly to Belly on Lider, as some light tubes are brought out, some are set up between two chairs some are just left lying in the ring. Back to the bleachers, Cuervo shoves Crazy off the bleachers into a table below. Scoria and Tiger were on one top rope corner, while Psicosis and Lider were on another, Tiger tried a Frankensteiner, but Scoria hung on and power bombed him into the light tubes lying in the ring. Psicosis managed to put Lider through the light tubes that were between the two chairs. Both Lider and Tiger were pinned. Secta wins. More tubes were shattered on Lider's back. Crazy is being taken to the back. Lider's back is a bloody mess, blood is pouring from cuts that stretch across his back. Tiger's was also. They were still tossing Lider on the broken glass in the ring. Psicosis picks up some glass and blades Lider's forehead open.

Super Calo, Zumbido, Scorpio Jr., Alan Stone     vs     Oriental, Alebrije, El Zorro, Latin Lover

1 Fall:  Ref is Pepe Tropicasas.  I still think Alan Stone has the best entrance in all of wrestling. Cuije still had the little walker with him. The rudo beat down begins right away. Cuije is attacked by Guapito walker and all. Scorpio rams Latin's head into the announcers desk. Calo did a splash on Oriental. Zorro gets a 4 on 1 beat down, and gets the leg drop/senton spot from Stone and Zumbido. Lating gets tossed into the post. The tecs get their comeback with use of Zorro and his kendo stick. Latin smacks Stone's head into the announcers desk. Alebrije and Zumbido fight their way onto the stage. Albrije tosses a chair at him. Calo gets drop kicked in the corner. Cuije hits Guapito with his walker. The match settles down by this point. Both sides trade moves back and forth. Oriental does a flying head scissors to Zumbido from the top to the outside. Alebrije does a missile drop kick to Stone. Zorro gives Stone a belly to belly suplex to the outside on top of Zumbido. Stone does a cross body on Latin. Zorro does a pescado to the outside on Stone, but didn't get much of him. Zumbido did a plancha outside on Alebrije. Calo does one to Alebrije. Oriental does a torneo/moonsault to the group outside. Latin sunset flips Scorpio for a near fall. Latin did a 'rana for another near fall on Scorpio. Scorpio accidentally punches ref. Tropicasas when Latin moved. Latin then does a Majistral cradle and pins Scorpio for the win. Then La Secta and Konnan come out and beat down Latin. The promoter came out and they beat him up too. The promoter, Latin, Zorro were all taken out on stretchers. The ring was filling with garbage thrown by fans. La Secta are still trying to get at Latin as he is loaded into an ambulance in the back. Security is trying to pull them away, Cuervo was still in the ambulance as it took off.

Mesias is interviewed by Zuniga, he says he's not worried about La Parka, who is going to regret being involved with him, and Cibernetico is close to being finished.

La Parka says he plans to retire Kenzo Suzuki, when Zuniga says retirement is a strong word, Parka says he's already won such matches with Muerte Cibernetica and Cibernetico(but they've since come back). Parka says he has re injured his arm but he knows he can do it. Parka calls Kenzo=Menso Tamaguchi, he says that's the way you say his name is Spanish.

Kenzo Suzuki, Mesias, Ozz             vs             Cibernetico, Chessman, La Parka

1 Fall:  Ref. is Tirantes Sr. The Legion attacks right after the intros and the beat down is underway. Parka is choking Kenzo with his own sling, but Konnan knocks him off with his crutch. More garbage is raining down into the ring, this seems one unhappy crowd. Konnan was choking Parka with his crutch. Chessman saved him. Kenzo rams Parka's injured arm into the announcers desk. Ozz and Konnan toss Chessman into the first row. Ozz hits Chessman with a chair. Ciber gets hit in the belly with a chair, but ducks a double clothesline as Kenzo and Mesias nail Ozz, and the comeback began. However there seem to a big rough cut here, as the Legion are suddenly back in control and doing another beat down. Parka has his arm taped to his body as the Doc is leading him to the back. It's now 3 on 2. They spend alot of time chopping Ciber and Chessman. Mesias hits Ciber with the crutch. Kenzo rams his head into Ciber's tummy. Then Zorro comes out and using his stick makes the save. Konnan is nailed with a tossed bottle and is chased to the back. Kenzo and Chessman wrestle for a minute or two, then Ciber comes in and chokeslams Kenzo. Zorro comes in and cleans house on them for a while. Then Chessman spears Mesias, then Kenzo, then Chessman went up but Konnan came back and was hitting Chessman with his crutch, knocking him off. Mesias pinned Chessman for the win.  La Secta then came out to join in the beat down as more garbage rains down in the ring.  Ciber says afterward, his plate is getting full, and he wants to finish this, and issues a hair vs hair cage match challenge to them for Triplemania 15.

This is the lucky show that aired on 7/7/07, was taped in Cozumel, Mexico. It opens with the announcers on a beach, with a cruise ship in the back ground, Jesus Zuniga is counting Mesias doing deep knee bends, he gets up to 98, 99, 100. He talks about how he gets ready for a match and we see him working out.

Gran Apache is interviewed by Zuniga, he talks about wanting to destroy Billy Boy, Zuniga asks why don't you just give him a Martinette and be done with it. Apache says no, he wants to destroy him slowly, piece by piece. As Zuniga walks away he says Apache has lost it.

Super Fly and Laredo Kid                 vs                   Super Calo and Gran Apache

1 Fall:  Ref is Pepe Tropicasas. The Air Force attacks as soon as they come out, but it soon settles down to Apache vs Super Fly, Fly gives him a standing moonsault but misses a moonsault from the top when Apache moves. Calo gives Fly a clothesline from the top, Fly gives Calo a huricanrana coming off the top. Laredo gives Calo an enzuigiri, then Laredo gives him a top rope elbow drop but Apache saved him. Apache and Calo go into a beat down on Laredo, Calo gives him an RKO, then the Fly gets beat down. Apache gives Laredo a nice swanton bomb. The Fly begins a comeback doing a moonsault to Apache to the outside. Calo does a sunset flip from the top to Laredo but doesn't hold it, Laredo monkey flips him to the outside, then goes up and does a plancha to him to the outside. They've started doing replays in split screen format, so you no longer miss out on action, a dramatic improvement. The Fly does a reverse tope on Apache. With both Calo and Fly standing on the top rope, Calo does a 'rana to him. Calo on his to do a tope on the Fly gets drop kicked from the apron by Laredo on the way out, sending him off target. Laredo does a plancha inside the ring on Apache then a enzuigiri, then a suplex, then a shooting star press but Apache got his knees up. Calo does a leg drop on Laredo who was held horizontally by Apache, then Apache does a standing senton and pins Laredo for the win. A good match. They showed a shot of a woman who had a tattoo of Cibernetico on her breast. Now that's devotion.

They show Alfa asking around to find where Apache trains prospective luchadors. He finds him and as Alfa approaches we watch Apache and Calo putting these poor trainees to a hella workout. Alfa tries to attract Apache's attention, after several attempts he does, and he asks him if Apache will train him. Apache says he's too busy right now, but come back next week, maybe next week. At the risk of spoiling the angle, Alfa is Billy Boy's former Identity. Those poor trainees.

We are back at the beach where Konnan introduces us to the women he's brought in to teach the AAA women a lesson. Ayako Hamada and former WWE diva Angel Williams. He says he also has a Mexican woman with us, he brings in Faby Apache who he asks to join up. Konnan says the Mexican women are awful, Sexy Star is terrible, and he calls Cinthia Moreno scarface. (that's mean). Faby says she has worked with Ayako in Japan and looks forward to working with her again here.  Konnan says if they pass the test tonight they will have protection of the Legion and the Vipers.

Cinthia Moreno, Sexy Star, Estrellita          vs        Angel Williams, Ayako Hamada, Faby Apache

1 Fall:  ref is Copetes Salazar. Sexy Star came out to "Dude, looks like a lady" again. Konnan came out with the women to "Eye of the Tiger". Konnan says the AAA women are all ugly, and don't know how to wrestle and has brought a team to show them how. Estrellita does a flying head scissors to Ayako to the outside. Star does a splash to Faby, then Estrellita and Ayako trade moves. Ayako DDT's Estrellita. Angel and Cinthia get in, Angel does some very weak looking clotheslines. Cinthia bulldogs her, Cinthia tosses Angel over the railing into the first row. The rudas begin a beat down. Ayako and Faby do a double enzuigiri on Star. Faby got on Ayako's shoulders and did a DDT to Estrellita from there. Ayako power bombs Cinthia. Ayako and Faby set up a double missile drop kick on Cinthia but she moves and they nail Angel. So began the tecnicas comeback. Cinthia tosses Angel into the post. Cinthia did a superplex on Faby. Cinthia from the top did  a sort of Doomsday Device on Ayako. Angel gets a double suplex. Angel jumped off the apron onto Estrellita. Star did a plancha from the top to the outside to Estrellita and Angel but she missed them almost completely, and landed mostly on her head. The Doctor came out and they stretchered her out. Faby went for her full nelson suplex but Cinthia rolled through it for a pin on her, but ref Salazar slow counted. Faby leg drops Cinthia for a 2 count. Cinthia does a side Victory Roll on Faby, Salazar slow counts but he does eventually count 3. Tecnicas win. Afterward Angel and Ayako attack Faby. They beat her up but out comes Gran Apache for the save, but then out came La Secta and they attack both Apaches. Ayako hit Gran square on the head with a chair. They tossed Gran out, but Faby was still getting beaten on so Gran got back in to try to protect her. Both got stomped on. Incidentally Angel is awful.

Psicosis when asked why he betrayed the Mexican Powers he says he likes being a rudo better.

Scoria, Espiritu, Psicosis                 vs                Crazy Boy, Joe Lider, Extreme Tiger

1 Fall:  ref is Tirantes. The MP's attack right away but La Secta soon turns the tide and starts their beat down. Tiger is hung from the tree of woe and Psicosis drop kicks him. Psicosis power bombs Tiger's head into the turnbuckle. Tiger is draped across the second rope and Espiritu does a leg drop to his head. Scoria does a Frankensteiner to Crazy. Psicosis does a guillotine leg drop on Lider. Psicosis hits Crazy with a chair also Tiger as well. Tiger starts the comeback with a 'rana to Scoria. Crazy does a chest cracker to Espiritu. Tiger does a top rope senton to Psicosis. Espiritu and Lider try to wrestle. Lider does a running elbow for a 2 count. Espiritu tries a spring board move but Lider meets him with a chest cracker instead. Crazy spin kicks Scoria. Tiger tried a pescado outside to Psicosis but he missed completely. Scoria does connect with a moonsault outside to Crazy. Lider does a neck breaker to Espiritu for a 2 count. Espiritu does a pescado to him. Psicosis does a Somoan drop on Tiger. Juventud Guerrera was out distracting the ref Tirantes when Psicosis tried a leg drop with a chair under him on Tiger but he missed when he moved, Tiger does a Frankensteiner on Psicosis and pins him for the win.

Notas/News:  On a show called La Oreira, it featured Tiffany and Estrellita, they dish gossip about Estrellita and Cibernetico.

Los Guapos are on a yacht in the ocean with Zuniga. Zuniga asks why aren't they training for their match, Alan Stone says they are relaxing and enjoying themselves. Scorio jr. says they don't need to train they are Los Guapos. Zumbido is in the back fishing, he says the same thing and they owe of this to Guapito. Zuniga talks to little Guapito, he says they are training in their own way.

Scorpio Jr., Zumbido, Alan Stone                  vs                Oriental, El Elejido, Alebrije with Cuije

1 Fall:  Guapito got an entrance, with the girls of course. Alan Stone has one of the best entrances in all of wrestling and he's a rudo. Cuije came out with a little walker, selling the mega squash from Head Hunter last week. The Guapo beat down began when they came back from commercial. Even Guapito is beating on Cuije walker and all. The tecnico team is getting beat down. Oriental gets standing sentons from Alan and Zumbido. Zumbido does a Frankensteiner to Alebrije. Stone splashes Alebrije. Zumbido does a spring board drop kick to Elejido. Oriental gets a gang stomping. The tecnicos comeback starts soon after. Alebrije holds Guapito for Cuije to hit him. Alebrije and Zumbido trade moves. Alebrije monkey flips him out of the ring. Oriental and Scorpio trade moves, Oriental does a 'rana to Stone, then he topes Zumbido. Elejido puts his moves on all of em. Elejido pulls down Zumbido tights, they blurred it. Alebrije does a reverse tope to Scorpio Jr, then he vaults over onto Scorpio outside. Oriental does a moonsault from the top onto Zumbido outside. Elejido does a sunset flip to Stone for a 2 count. Elejido had a hold on Stone but Alebrije bumped into him and broke them up. Alebrije does a missile drop kick to Scorpio, then a leg drop. Then Guapito does a low blow with his head on Alebrije and Scorpio lariats him and pins him for the win.

La Parka out on the beach says he is not 100% but he is well enough to wrestle. He looks alot skinnier.

Kenzo Suzuki, Mesias, Cuervo, Ozz        vs       Cibernetico, Chessman, Zorro, La Parka

1 Fall:  ref is Tirantes. The fighting breaks out after the commercial. With the Hell Brothers team getting the upper hand. Chessman side slams Ozz, Ciber  does a stunner to Kenzo, and Chessman spears him, and Zorro hits Kenzo's crotch with his kendo stick. Mesias gets hit with it also. Soon after the Legion/Secta turns the tide and they take control of the beat down. Espiritu and Scoria come out and from outside they hit people with chairs. Parka could not move his left arm at all. The Secta guys are hitting guys with Konnan's crutch. Mesias is beating on Parka when Parka manages to make a comeback with only one arm, when Kenzo hit Parka in the back of head with some light tubes which shatter on contact, with little lights igniting when it stuck him. Parka went into some kind of seizure and Tirantes tried to step in but the Legion kept beating on him. Meanwhile behind them Mesias chokeslams Ciber and pins him for the win. Parka is stretchered out and they show him being loaded into an ambulance and driven off. Meanwhile the Hell Bros. are still getting beat down in the ring. Afterward Ciber says, you put out Charly, and now Parka but the 3 of us left can still handle the Legion and La Secta.

Some week, huh? Like many of you, I'm still reeling from the Chris Benoit tragedy and finding some way of dealing with it. I have an autistic little sister and I can tell you kids like her and Daniel require a tremendous amount of patience and inner strength, I guess Benoit didn't have the inner strength we thought he did. Now on to more mundane things like AAA.

La Fuerza Aerea are taking turns being interviewed and bouncing around on a trampoline.

Payasos Diabolicos: Miedo, Terrero, Carrona      vs     Fuerza Aerea:  Aero Star, Laredo Kid, Pegasso

1 Fall:  Ref. is Fiero.  Carrona and Aero start it off as the crowd chants, "Fuerza", the crowd was hot they were chanting things all night long. Carrona flips Aero right out of the ring. Pegasso misses a spear on Carrona and hits the post. Carrona ducks a 619 by Aero but gets hit by a second attempt. Aero did an inverted shooting star press to Terror, then Terror did a tope to him. Laredo flipped around a while. Laredo & Aero vault over the top rope but missed thier clown targets as they moved away. Miedo power bombs Pegasso, then the evil clowns go into a beat down of La Fuerza. Carrona 619's Laredo Kid, Miedo did a spring board moonsault on Laredo. Carrona did a superplex on Aero. Pegasso begins the Fuerza  comeback, with flying head scissors, and armdrags, and a torneo to Terror outside. Miedo on a criss cross with Laredo does a tope to Pegasso outside instead. Laredo does a torneo to him. Carrona does another 619 this one to Aero then Carrona did a  moonsault to the group outside. Aero did a shooting star press from the top of the post to the group outside. Laredo did an enzuigiri to Carrona, Laredo then did a torneo/moonsault to him, but before Fiero can count, Terror from outside pulls Fiero's leg. Fiero is distracted when Miedo from the other side comes in and helps Carrona beat up Laredo, Carrona does a moonsault and pins Laredo for the win. Evil Clowns win.

Dr. Antonio Hernandez pronounces Billy Boy well enough to wrestle again. Billy thanks the Dr., and says he's ready to come back.

Mini Chessman, Polvo De Estrellas, Faby & Gran Apache       vs        Octagoncito, Pimpinella Escarlotta, Sexy Star, Billy Boy

1 Fall:  Ref was Pepe Tropicasas, Billy attacks as soon as the whistle blows, but it soon calms down to Pimpi and Polvo exchanging their moves. Pimpi gives him a missile drop kick. Then Octagoncito & Mini Chessman go at it, Octagoncito deals out flying head scissors and arm drags including a head scissors to the outside. Then Star and Gran go at it, Faby didn't want to get in just yet. Soon both Faby and Gran are beating her up, but Star comes back with arm drags and flying head scissors to them. Then Faby and Billy go at it, she chops him to no effect, then he kicks her, Billy then toped Gran on the outside. Then all rudos go into a beat down of the tecnicos with all four beating up Billy. Gran leap frogs onto Pimpi. The tecs soon make a come back however, with Billy spanking Faby but they cut that out. Star did a silla to the outside on Faby but the cameras missed it. Wasn't fond of the camera work all night. Octagoncito did a torneo to Mini Chessman to the outside. Pimpi did a silla to Polvo to the outside. Gran gives Billy the Devil's Wings, then sets him for the Apache Bomb, but Billy rolled through it and pinned him for the 3 count and the win. After the commercial Billy makes threats to Gran and Faby saying first you stole my son then you stole my wife, he doesn't so much want Faby back but he does want his son back and he will get him back.

Notas/News:  They plug the upcoming US tour again.
They talk about La Parka's car wreck and his rehabilitation.
Gran Apache and his group are gathered in back as Billy passes by, they all laugh and make fun of him.

Extreme Tiger says the Mexican Powers are the real extreme wrestling and they will beat any team out there.

Alan, Decnis, Super Calo, Fuerza Guerrera     vs     Juventud Guerrera, Joe Lider, Crazy Boy, Extreme Tiger

1 Fall:  Ref is Tirantes Jr., starts slow with Lider and Calo trading moves. Then the rudos get bored and begin the beat down of the Powers. Fuerza low blows Juvie, Calo does a missile drop kick on Crazy. They beat up Juvie four on one. After several minutes the Powers make a come back. Crazy & Tiger do moonsaults to Decnis and Alan. Juvie vaults over the ropes onto Fuerza. Decnis does a Code Red on Lider for a 2 count. Fuerza DDT's Juvie for a 2 count. Juvie spin kicks Fuerza. Juvie rolls up Fuerza for a 2 count. Fuerza pulled Juvie off the apron before he could moonsault. Fuerza does a senton to him on the floor. Crazy did a high knee to Alan. Crazy did a back cracker to Calo. Tiger spin kicks Alan. Tiger DDT's Calo. Lider did Rey Bucanero's tuck under power bomb to Decnis for a 2 count. Juvie did a missile drop to Fuerza. Fuerza rolls up Juvie for another 2 count. Tiger did a moonsault outside to Decnis. Alan did a tope to Tiger. Crazy did a torneo/moonsault to Alan. Calo goes up but Lider went up too and gave Calo a superplex to the group outside. Juvie hit the Juvie Driver on Fuerza, but missed he 450 when Fuerza moved, Juvie hit an inverted 'rana and pinned Fuerza for the win.

Head Hunter 1, Kenzo Suzuki, Psicosis II   vs    Alebrije, Super Porky, El Elejido

1 Fall:  Ref is Fiero, Konnan was out with the Legion, and began the beat down right away, with Konnan using his crutch to beat the tecnicos with from outside. Kenzo low kicked Porky. Konnan even hit Cuije with the crutch. The beat down goes on for a long while until the tecnicos make the come back, but the match soon settles down. Alebrije and Head Hunter trade moves, then Porky & Psicosis trade moves. Porky did a splash from the bottom rope on Psicosis. Head Hunter misses a Bonzai drop when Elejido moved. Elejido bulldogs Psicosis. Kenzo missed his knee drop when Porky moved. Alebrije did a running lariat to Kenzo. Alebrije topes him outside. Head Hunter did a standing splash on little Cuije. Porky did a plancha from the apron to Head Hunter outside. Kenzo hit his knee drop on Alebrije. Kenzo then did a brain buster on him and gets a 2 count. They cut away to show little Cuije getting stretchered out. Elejido vaults over onto Kenzo. Psicosis does a diamond cutter like move, and then does a senton from the top and pins Alebrije for the win.

Cibernetico, Chessman, Charly Manson, Zorro       vs       Mesias, Cuervo, Ozz, Scoria

1 Fall:  Refs were Tirantes Jr. & Pepe Tropicasas, La Secta go into a beat down right away. Konnan is out there again and again using his crutch as a weapon from outside. They toss Chessman into the first row. Cuervo hits Chessman with a chair. Ozz hits Charly with a chair. Konnan tosses a chair at Chessman. They gang up Ciber and beat him four on one. The Hell Brothers make a come back of eventually of course. Zorro tosses Cuervo into the post. The Secta go into a huddle outside the ring and talk. Ciber and Scoria try to wrestle then Cuervo & Ozz come in and attack him also. Ciber comes back with punches and a double lariat. Chessman and Cuervo wrestle and Chessman gets to pull out his moves on the Secta, as does Zorro. Zorro & Mesias exchange punches. Ozz tries to spear Zorro but Zorro jumps and Ozz goes sailing outside and nails Mesias on the outside instead. Zorro does a pescado to Ozz. Just then Kenzo & Head Hunter come out. Just then Chessman does a hella spear on Ozz sending them both through the ropes onto Head Hunter outside. Charly topes Kenzo. Ciber chokeslams Scoria and pins him for the win. Ciber says afterward, Mesias will get plant his flag here over his dead body. He tells Konnan we are too much for you and challenges them to a Infierno en la Tierra match, what ever that is.

There was no interview this week. Although they did ask the fans who they liked. Mephisto & Averno vow to win the tag team titles tonight. Mistico says he doesn't care if they are ready because we are, and says he's ready for either a mask vs mask against Averno or for a title shot for the title Averno holds.

Satanico, Nosferatu, Euforia           vs          Volador Jr., La Mascara, Mictlan

1st Fall:  Nosferatu and Mictlan start it off exchanging moves. Then Volador and Euforia get in but the new Infernales soon start a beat down of the tecnicos. Satanico throws Volador into the post. Euforia lariats Mictlan. They beat up the tecnicos one by one. Euforia & Nosferatu each a arm and a leg of Volador and stretch him with Satanico standing on top of him and Volador submits.

During the stay tuned bits, they show the CMLL girls backstage getting ready.

2nd Fall:  As this fall began they're still beating up on Volador. They all but pull off the mascara of La Mascara but he managed to hang onto it. The beat down goes on a good while longer, until the tecnicos make a comeback. Mascara is unlacing Euforia's mask. Volador did a huricanrana from the top rope inside to Euforia. Mictlan did a pescado to Euforia outside, then Mascara did a plancha from the top to Nosferatu outside. Volador did a moonsault from the second rope onto Satanico and pinned him to win this fall.

3rd Fall:  Satanico and Volador start this fall off, the match seems to have settled down, Satanico punching him. Volador did a spring board body press on both Nosferatu & Euforia. Mascara accidently super kicked Mictlan. Satanico does a senton to Volador from the apron to the floor. Mascara does a La Campana to Euforia and submits him. Mictlan does a huricanrana to Nosferatu and pins him for the win.  Tecnicos win.

They show the CMLL girls dance, they don't usually show them do that on this show. To a spanish version of "I Will Survive". The girls get on the apron and shake their butts at the audience. This number goes on for several minutes.

For the CMLL Tag Team Championship:
Negro Casas & Mistico (c)             vs            Averno & Mephisto

1 Fall:  They showed the belts, it looked like some of the paint was wearing off. Averno & Mistico start it off, slowly, just grappling around, Mistico gives him a flying head scissors. Then Negro and Mephisto go at it, Mistico does a spring board  flying head scissors to Averno, then one to Mephisto. Negro goes for his Casita but Mephisto shakes him off and power bombs him and pins him. Mistico tries for his "Mistica", but Averno turns it into a flapjack and pins him to win this fall.

2nd Fall:  Averno & Mephisto are working on Mistico together. They then work on Negro together. Mistico comes back with a flying head scissors to Mephisto, then Mistico gives him a 619. Negro submits Averno to a Texas Cloverleaf. Mistico does a sunset flip and pins Mephisto.

Tony Salazar with two wrestlers demonstrates a hold called La Alexandrina, with is sort of like a rocking horse.

3rd Fall:  This fall starts with Mephisto from the apron kicking Mistico in the back on a criss cross. Mistico gives Averno another head scissors and one to Mephisto, and at least 3 more, then he does a moonsault to the outside on Averno. On a criss cross, Negro does a DDT to Mephisto. Mistico then does a missile drop kick to Mephisto, followed by a tope to him to the outside. Negro does an inverted 'rana to Averno but he kicked out at 2. On another attempt, Averno power bombed Negro and tried a pin but he had his feet on the ropes and the refs saw it. Averno power bombs Negro again and tried a pin but Mistico did a spring board sunset flip to Averno and got a 2 count on him. Mistico gets Averno into a small package for a 2 count. Mistico did a huricanrana on Averno for a pin attempt but Mephisto did a missile drop kick and kicked him off. Mephisto did a kind of small package DDT on Mistico and got a 2 count. Mistico did another 'rana but Mephisto kicked out at 2. Mistico seem to try it again but Mephisto threw him off, and Averno gave him a standing senton, and Mephisto had Negro held down, but ref. Tigre Hispano seem to give a slow two count, Mistico kicked out. They really shouldn't use this ref on matches of this type. Averno & Mephisto chop Negro and Averno does another power bomb to him and tries a pin, but Negro reached the ropes. Averno and Mephisto power bomb Negro together and pin him together but Mistico did a missile drop kick to both of them kicking them off. Mistico super kicks Mephisto, and does La Mistica to Averno but Mephisto revives and kicks him off. Mephisto does a nice spring board somersault plancha to Mistico to the outside. Averno gets Negro into a reverse figure four leg lock in the middle of the ring, and Negro starts screaming, Negro even grabs the legs of the ref, but he somehow manages to reach the ropes to break it up. Negro does a knee breaker on Averno and then locks on a reverse figure four of his own, but Mephisto comes to knock him off, Negro didn't let go on the first blow, but he did on the second. Negro goes for his Casita but Mephisto comes in and kicks him off. Negro does a 'rana on Mephisto and Mistico does a 'rana on Averno at the same time but both kick out at 2. Negro does a silla outside to Mephisto, and Mistico does a plancha to Averno outside. Back inside, Negro does a "Mistico" to Averno and he submits, and Mistico does a Casita to Mephisto and pins him for the win. Mistico and Negro retain their belts. This third fall was very good and very long. Averno and Mephisto congratulate Negro and Mistico, shake their hands and even put the belts on them.
