Llaves y Candados Show for May 24, '08

Llaves y Candados
For the show that aired on May 24, 2008

This show went 90 minutes. This is the first show since AAA pulled out of Arena Coliseo Monterrey. I liked it. It's a chance to see guys you don't normally see. This is the VIP group affiliated with CMLL.

They talk to Caifan #1, says he's happy to be here. He talk's about his feud with Mongol Chino, who promptly shows up for some pushing and shoving back and forth.

They talk to Mongol Chino, says he likes his hair and intends to keep it.

Potro Jr., Caifan#1               vs           Hijo Del Trueno, Mongol Chino

1st Fall:  Caifan and Mongol start it off, grappling back and forth. Potro and Trueno are next in. They exchange leg locks, and wrestle around a bit. They exchange near pins and exchange arm locks. Caifan and Mongol are back in they arm drag each other, and Caifan gives him an enzuigiri and Potro topes Mongol. Trueno tried a spring board head butt but he missed, Caifan went up and did a frog splash to him and pinned him.

2nd Fall:  Caifan and Potro the rudos are working over the tecnicos Trueno and Mongol. Caifan misses a spear and hits the post. They fight outside for a while. As they wrestle back inside the ring the action swings back and forth a few times. Caifan catapults Trueno outside into a flying head scissors on  Potro on the ramp. Mongol does a back slide and pins Caifan.

3rd Fall:  As Caifan and Mongol are fighting, Potro comes from behind and low blows Mongol, the ref didn't see it. Both sides trade punches back and forth. Potro and Trueno trade near pins rolling back and forth a few times. Mongol topes Caifan. Potro does a couple of head butt topes to Trueno then goes up and does a plancha outside to Mongol. Trueno goes up and does a moonsault to the group outside. Mongol is getting he head rammed into some seats. While everybody got to brawling outside, they all got counted out of the ring. Trueno got his mask ripped off by Portho.

Negro Navarro & Shu El Guerrero interviewed, say the Space Cadets are doomed. Negro says the people who turn out want to see real wrestling, hold vs hold, not see people flying around(I'm not so sure about that). Shu agrees. Negro says they ought to keep from flying around for a while and learn how to wrestle. Solar says they are ready for anything. Super Astro says we will learn inside the ring who is better.

Negro Navarro & Shu El Guerrero         vs      Solar & Super Astro

1st Fall:  Shu and Astro start it off wrestling around. Then Solar and Negro wrestle around. Negro works a leg lock on Solar. They wrestle around a good long while back and forth. Astro does a cross body off the top on Shu, Astro does a head butt tope and pins Shu, Solar does a small package and pins Negro.

2nd Fall:  Both sides grapple around some more. Shu clotheslines Solar and locks on a standing figure four and pins Solar, Negro does the same thing to Astro. Short fall.

3rd Fall:  Solar does a Casita to Negro but he got out, and another near fall on a back slide. Astro gets a near fall on Shu. Astro does a 'rana and gets a 2 count on Shu, Shu reverses it and gets a 2 count on him. Astro gets a camel clutch on Shu, who got out. Shu gets a cangrejo on Astro but he got out. Astro gets a half crab on Shu but he didn't give. Negro and Solar exchange some submission holds but each gets out. Negro does a dragon screw leg whip on Solar and works a leg lock on him. Solar turns that into a cross face. They again start exchanging submission holds back and forth. Astro vaults himself over the top onto Shu. Negro gets Solar into a Tapatia and rolls back with him, the result both guys shoulders were down and both got pinned. Another Draw, two matches both ended in draws. There was no beat down, a very civil match with no heat.

They have interviews for a match that already happened. Heavy Metal talking about the hair match.

Averno, Toscano           vs                LA Park, Heavy Metal

1st Fall:  The rudos Toscano and Averno attack right away. Averno and Park brawl all over ringside. A lot of empty seats. Inside th ring Toscano is putting some submission holds on Heavy. Toscano does a delayed suplex and pins Heavy. Averno does a back slide and pins Park.

2nd Fall:  Park and Heavy make a quick come back a few seconds into this fall. Park whips Averno with his big belt, Toscano also, Heavy helps him. They also whip the ref Cubano and Park pours some liquid down the back of his pants. Heavy teases a moonsault but Toscano pulls him down off the apron. Toscano and Averno try twin diving head butts off the top but Park moves and they miss. The poor ref takes some shots "accidentally" from both Toscano and Heavy, when he tries to count a pin on Heavy, Park comes in and stomps the ref. Park topes Averno, and Heavy does a casita and pins Toscano, the winner of the fall graphic went up before they had won.

3rd Fall:  The ref Cubano gets hit again, Averno does a tornado DDT on Park, and gets a 2 count. Park does a reverse DDT on him and gets a 2 count. Some near falls between Park and Averno. Averno did a Ric Flair strut, and some more near falls. Park did a inverted 'rana on Averno and pinned him, Toscano did the same thing to Park and pinned him. After Heavy and Toscano exchange near falls, Heavy does another casita and pins Toscano. Heavy and Park win. Heavy gets stomped by Toscano afterward and bleeds.

That wraps up this show. I liked it, it's a lot more fun than the AAA Llaves show.
