CMLL on FSE for June 8, 2008.

Just catching up on a show I didn't do the first time.

They open the show with the vendors outside again.

Metalik, Stuka Jr., Grey Shadow    vs    Hooligan, Sangre Azteca, Satanico

1st Fall:  Satanico in the promo says he's gonna find out what Metalik is made of. Seems to be joined in progress with the rudos in beat down mode. Metalik gets thrown around, Satanico submits Metalik to a kind of reverse Boston Crab. Azteca pins Shadow after an overhead slam. They showed a guy at ringside with a bullhorn chanting for the rudos.

They ask the TV audience who is Metalik's father? They also have Volador Jr. and Hector Garza's group Los Angeles Del Ring offering their support to Metalik. Metalik's father is Gitano, not Fabian I presume.

2nd Fall:  The rudos are still into the beat down as this fall begins. The tecnicos get their masks unlaced. The good guys mount a come back of course. Shadow topes Hooligan. Stuka does a splash from the top rope and pins Azteca. Metalik does a moonsault and pins Satanico.

Brief interview with a music group at ringside called Furia y Virus. This time Stuka and Los Angeles with offer his support to Metalik.

3rd Fall:  The match has settled down to a regular match with Azteca and Stuka exchanging moves. Stuka does a head scissors to Hooligan on the outside. Shadow has a arm stretch on Satanico, but Metalik comes off the top and is met with Sangre's drop kick and pinned, Hooligan knocks Shadow off, Stuka misses a splash, Stuka and Shadow are submitted to arm stretches by Hooligan and Satanico respectively.

They interview random fans at ringside between breaks.

CMLL Light Heavyweight Championship:
Rey Bucanero (C)            vs             Alex Koslov

1st Fall:  Rey's second was Loco Max, and Rey had his hair striped black and white. Alex's second was Grey Shadow. Right away Alex does a Lance Mortal on Rey. They fight in the aisle. Alex gets a quick two count, he does a  back slide for another two count. Rey does a standing senton for a two count. Alex does another back slide and this time gets the 3 count.

In Immortals segment they showed clips from Mistico vs Black Warrior, 9/29/06. Warrior losing his mask.

2nd Fall:  Alex shows off his moves on Rey, but suddenly on one such attempt, Rey catches him and power bombs him and pins him with his feet on the ropes. Very short.

They interviewed one fan no idea what language he was speaking. Through out the show more Detroit, eh, Los Angeles members pledge their support for Metalik and do flips and say who says Man can't fly. At the last one finally Hector says it. They also briefly interviewed a blond girl in English at ringside.

3rd Fall:  Seemed to be joined in progress. Koslov coming off the top with a punch. Koslov does a spring board plancha to him to the outside. Rey does a power bomb to him and gets a two count. Alex does yet another back slide for a two count. Rey wants to go up top but Max strangely doesn't want him too, holding his feet down, Rey does go up and is met with a enzuigiri on the way down from Alex. He got a two count. Alex goes up and does a cross body but Rey rolls through it and gets a two count. Alex did a wheel kick which missed, Rey sold it anyway. Rey did a frontward power bomb and got another two count. Rey does another feet on the ropes pin attempt but Shadow from the outside takes Rey's feet off. Alex was gonna do a spring board something but Rey did a lung blower to him instead. Rey vaults himself over onto Alex outside. Alex does a surfboard to him with the ropes between them. Rey gave and Alex celebrated but of course it didn't count. Rey then does his tuck under power bomb to Alex and pins him for the win.

Just catching up on a few shows I missed or have been putting off doing. Not sure about the date might have been the previous week to this one. With the way FSE repeats these shows, doesn't matter I guess.

3rd Fall:  As this fall begins the rudos are twisting Sagrado's arms. Next they beat up Valiente. The beat down continues a few more minutes. Fantasma does an amazing move here, they toss him into the corner but Fantasma jumps onto the ropes and does a spring board DDT on Vangelis on the apron. Valiente does a tope con hilo on Vangelis. Fantasma does one too on Max. Sagrado wraps up Satanico into a Majistral Cradle and pins for the win. This 3rd fall was pretty good.
