For the show that aired on October 16, 2004

This is the first of several weeks that EMLL was pre-empted in Mexico due to the Olympics. So this week we got 2 hours of a big card AAA taped in Monterrey, Mexico.

AAA:

Mascarita Sagrada, Octagoncito vs Mini Abismo Negro, Mini Aquila

1 Fall: Mini Abismo and Octagoncito start it off with some good fast action. Octagoncito does a huricanrana on him then a flying head scissors move on him. Mascarita does a 619 on Mini Aquila. Octagoncito did a nice leaping sunset flip on Mini Abismo but he kicked out. Mascarita did a frankensteiner on Mini Abismo. Then Mascarita did a huricanrana on Aquila. But on the pin, rudo ref. Copetes Salazar slow counted him. Mini Abismo did a moonsault on Octagoncito. Mascarita did some nice top rope walking moves, ending with 2 flying head scissors moves on Aquila, then does much the same to Mini Abismo. Octagoncito topes Mini Abismo. Mini Aquila misses a 450. Then Mascarita does 2 moonsaults on him, but on the third attempt, the big Abismo Negro comes out and tosses him off the top rope. Mini Aquila does a legdrop on him and pins him. The big Abismo Negro does a Death Valley Driver on Octagoncito, and Mini Abismo pins him to win this match. 9:45.

4 Way Mixed Tag Team Match for the Mixed Tag Team Championship:
Electroshock & Lady Apache vs Gran Apache & Faby Apache vs Chessman & Tiffany vs Oriental & Cinthia Moreno

1 Fall: Apache and Oriental start it off, technical style since both are tecnicos, basically. Apache is about to put a submission hold on Oriental, when his sister Cinthia comes in to break it up. She gets hit by Apache for her trouble. And Apache's daughter Faby comes in and they put a combination hold on both of them. But it's broken up by Chessman and Tiffany. Electro and Chessman are in next. Chessman puts a beating on him. Electro tries a comeback, but Tiffany comes in to help. Electro fights her too. Lady Apache comes in to help her husband. And together they tope Chessman and Tiffany. Apache is next fighting Cinthia, he keeps hitting the top of her head. On a criss cross, she does a sunset flip, into a oklahoma side roll, then a majistral cradle on him, but he kicked out. Tiffany & Lady Apache are in next. Lady tries a backslide, but she kicked out, Tiffany hit a sit down power bomb on her, then Lady hit a german suplex. Then Lady hit a rocking horse into a La Campana, but Chessman came in and broke it up, by punching Lady. Electro and Chessman are back again. Electro does a huricanrana on him, but he kicked out. Chessman tried his red mist spray on Electro but he missed. Chessman and Tiffany gang up on Lady, they give her a facebuster power bomb and pin her to eliminate Electro and Lady. Apache is fighting Cinthia again. With occasional help from Faby. Cinthia did a huricanrana on him and another sunset flip on a criss cross, but he kicked out. Apache missed a plancha, and she tries a majistral cradle on him, but he reverses it into a double arm bar on her and submits her. Oriental and Cinthia are out. Tiffany comes in and low blows Apache, but he hit a stunner on her. Chessman comes in and takes over, Faby breaks up a pin on Apache. Faby does a flying head scissors move on Chessman, then does the same move from top corner post to the floor on Chessman. Apache and Faby take Tiffany into the ring, and they give her a double power bomb, he started it, she moved in and finished it. But Tiffany kicked out of the pin. Faby gave Chessman a pedigree, then Apache gave him senton bomb from the top rope, and pinned him, to win the championship for him and his daughter. 12:20

Gronda, Heavy Metal, Intocable vs Pirata Morgan, La Fiera, & Abismo Negro.

1 Fall: The rudos start it off by putting a beat down on the tecnicos. It goes on for several minutes. Pirata suplex's Intocable. But Heavy starts the comeback. Abismo and Gronda compare poses and crowd responses. Gronda is beating up on Abismo and Pirata. Abismo even kisses his hand at one point. Heavy does a handspring back elbow on Fiera. Fiera keeps missing Heavy and hitting his own team mates. Heavy uses his heavy punch on Fiera. Intocable likewise does his moves on Abismo and Pirata. Gronda does a power slam on Abismo and pins him to win this match. 10:18. Afterward, Los Consagrado's Pirata and Fiera turn on Abismo, and beat him up. But his LLL team mate Chessman comes out for the save.

AAA Light Heavyweight Championship vs Hair:
Zorro vs Charly Manson

1 Fall: Zorro was putting up his title up against the hair of Charly. Zorro was wrestling twice tonight, he would later go on to meet Mr. Aquila, who was putting up his National Light Heavyweight Title up against either Zorro's title or his hair depending on whether Zorro won or lost this match. Started very slow grapping style. Charly works on Zorro's arm, getting an armbar on it, and works it for a while. Then Charly works on Zorro's leg. Kicking it, and getting Zorro into a reverse figure four leglock. But Zorro makes the ropes. Charly does a moonsault on Zorro's leg. Charly delivers some nice high knee kicks to Zorro. Charly gets Zorro's kendo stick and uses it on Zorro's leg. He hits Zorro's leg while Zorro's on the top rope, and he falls outside. The ref counts 20, Zorro was unable to get up again. Charly wins this match, and the title. 11:00. A Doctor and medics come out work on Zorro, the take him out on a stretcher.

National Light Heavyweight title vs Hair:
Mr. Aquila vs Zorro.

1 Fall: Zorro's second Pimpinella Escarlotta was ready to take Zorro's place, putting his/her own hair up against Aquila's title. But Zorro came out anyway, and insisted on wrestling, against Doctor's orders. Aquila started unwrapping Zorro's leg and hitting and stomping on it. Aquila hits it with the kendo stick(why does Zorro keep bringing that?) Aquila chokes him with the bandages. Aquila tried a tornado DDT on him, but Zorro threw him off. Zorro does a placha. Aquila does a power bomb, then hits a split legged moonsault on him, but only got a 2 count. Then Octagoncito and Mascarita Sagrada hit the ring to gain some revenge from earlier. Pimpinella distracts the ref, while the mini's do flying head scissor moves on Aquila. Then on a criss cross, Zorro nailed Aquila with a wicked looking kick to the head, (it looked nasty). And pinned him to capture the win and the title. 10:50.

Bull Terry Match: Chain Match:
La Parka Jr. vs Cibernetico

1 Fall: Joined in progress, they are already fighing in the stands, and Parka's mask is rippped and he is already bleeding. Parka is hitting Ciber with the chain, when Abismo Negro and Mosco De La Merced come out to help Ciber. And all 3 put on beat down on Parka. Until Heavy Metal and Intocable come out to even the odds. The group fights their way back to the ringside area. And the 4 non-combatants fight thier way back to the dressing room. Parka and Ciber are in the ring now. Parka tries to touch all 4 corners, but as he passes the 3rd corner, rudo ref Copetes Salazar trips him with the chain. Ciber tries to touch all 4 corners, but ref. Tirantes does the same thing to Ciber. The ref's fight among themselves. Parka meanwhile is making a comeback when Ciber low blows him and quickly touches all 4 corners. Salazar low blows Tirantes and raises Ciber's hand for the win. 5:15. Bottles came raining down into the ring, dozens if not hundreds of them from irate fans. Abismo and Mosco came back out to help Ciber celebrate his win.
