CMLL Galavision for Nov. 6th, 2004

Galavision Lucha Libre TV Report
For the show that aired on Nov. 6, 2004
The anniversary show did not air, a card they had skipped over.
There was no AAA this week just a big 2 hour CMLL show.

CMLL:

El Hijo Del Santo opens the show, saying welcome to the best lucha libre in the world, but just watch and enjoy don't imitate this at home.

Volador Jr., Safari, Felino vs Sangre Azteca, Mephisto, & Olimpico

1st Fall: Very good fast action, with the action going back and forth several times. Safari topes Averno. Felino submitted Olimpico. And Volador pinned Azteca after a Felino power bomb to win this fall.

2nd Fall: Safari did a springboard armdrag on Averno. More good fast action here. Volador tried a springboard move on Averno, but he drop kicked him in the back instead. All 3 gave Felino a gang power bomb. Azteca gave Volador a flying head scissors from the top rope, and his team mates pinned him. Averno gave Safari a high knee kick. And Mephisto and Olimpico gave him a double power bomb and pinned him to win this fall.

3rd Fall: This fall started with the rudos beating down the tecnicos some more, but only for a few more minutes. Volador toped Olimpico. Azteca did a plancha from the top rope to Felino below. Mephist went for some leg hold, but Safari reversed it into a small package for the pin and victory. Total Time: 22:10

NWA Middleweight Championship:
Champion: Averno vs Zumbido

1st Fall: Starts slow and grappling style. The action moving back and forth several times. This fall ends with Zumbido doing a moonsault on Averno and pinning him.

2nd Fall: Zumbido did a plancha from the tope rope to the floor on Averno. Zumbido tried a huricanrana but Averno rolled through it and wound up pinning him to capture this fall.

3rd Fall: Averno did a tope on him to start this fall. A few near falls back and forth. Zumbido gave him a springboard dropkick and another plancha to the outside. Averno got a surfboard hold on him but Zumbido did not give up. Averno got a Gory Special on him but Zumbido turned it into a huricanrana for another near fall. Averno power bombs and pins him with his feet on the ropes for another near fall. Zumbido did a perfect plex on Averno and yet another near fall. Zumbido missed a moonsault but got a majistral cradle on Averno for another near fall. Zumbido went for a springboard move, but Averno drop kicked him, and hit him with his exploder suplex for the 3 count and the win. Averno keeps his title. Total Time: 20:35.

Canek, Mascara Sagrada, Black Warrior vs Dr. Wagner Jr, Universo 2000, & Vampiro.

1st Fall: The rudos begin the beat down right away. Wagner rips open Canek's mask. Wagner submitted Canek to an abdominal stretch. Vampiro choke slams and pins Warrior to capture this fall.

2nd Fall: The beat down continued for a few more minutes. Warrior rammed Vampiro into the ringpost. Sagrada misses U-2 while running at him, falls outside, U-2 topes him. Warrior topes Vampiro. Canek was ripping Wagner's mask, but Universo saved him, Universo got a camel clutch on Canek, while Wagner drop kicked his head. And Universo pins Canek to win this fall the match in two straight falls. Total Time: 14:30

Hijo Del Santo, LA Park, Shocker vs Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero, & Hijo Del Perro Aquayo.

1st FAll: Park is wearing a pink version of his costume. Park comes running up and attacks Ultimo at the ramp, but it doesn't help. The rudo beat down is underway. Perro Jr. picks up Que Monito the mascot and dropped him head first into some ring side seats. Park got his mask ripped. Ultimo and Rey are holding Park draped half way outside the ring, while Perro comes running up from the apron and delivers his double foot stomp on him. Rey delivered a swanton bomb to Santo's back, while his team mates were holding Santo on thier shoulders. Santo is pinned by Ultimo. Los Infiernos do a tilt a whirl slam on Shocker and submit him together to a double arm bar to win this fall.

2nd Fall: Park toped Ultimo. Que does his splash on Rey, and Shocker does a double foot stomp on him. Park threw Ultimo into some wooden boxes. Shocker submitted Perro to a back breaker. Santo toped Rey and submits him to his camel clutch.

3rd Fall: Ultimo got his mask ripped between falls, it was hanging by a thread. Santo threw Perro into some ringside seats. Que toped Rey again, so did Shocker. Park did a flying head scissors on Ultimo then a tope outside. Santo toped Rey while Shocker held him, Santo rolled through it and toped Perro also outside. Shocker toped Rey again. Park pinned Ultimo with his flip over power bomb move. Total Time: 20:45.
