Galavision Lucha Libre TV Report
by Victor Martinez
For the show that aired on Aug. 28th, 2004.
CMLL came in at only .25 minutes, one match. AAA had 1hr/35 minutes to play with.

CMLL:

Hair vs Hair Catch Match:
Vampiro, Tarzon Boy, Pierroth Jr. vs Negro Casas, Hijo De Perro Aquayo, & Shocker.

1 Fall: It was supposed to be everyman for himself, but the rudos did not fight each other, they had a plan. Shortly after Casas entered the cage, they attacked him and locked the cage door. Shocker and Perrito had to try to climb in, but were being prevented from entering by the rudos. Finally they manage to enter, and the fight commences. Vampiro delivered a double missile drop kick to Casas and Perrito. Then he chokeslams Shocker and climbs out of the cage. Pierroth manages to leave next, then Tarzan Boy left, leaving the tecnicos alone together. Shocker tries to make peace with them, but Perro suddenly attacks them, turning himself rudo. But Shocker and Casas make a comeback and beat him up. Shocker holds Perro and encourages Casas to give him a missile drop kick, he does. But when the situation is reversed and Casas holds Perro for Shocker to do the same, Shocker instead, turns and quickly out of the cage. Leaving Perrito and Casas and this turns into a regular wrestling match. Casas was going for his magistral cradle when Perrito low blowed him, and did his double foot stomp on him and pinned him, for the win and Casas lost both and match and his hair. They cut his hair in the ring. Leaving him with a kind of mohawk. This was still better than most AAA hair vs hair cage matches.
That wrapped up CMLL.

AAA:

Black Maravilla & Inca vs Dementia & Dragon

1st Fall: Never heard of these guys, Maravilla and Inca are billed as tag champs of San Luis Patosi. Dragon also seems to hold a title here. Starts very slow, tecnical style. Dementia does a facebuster on Maravilla. This match was long and slow, these guys looked green as heck and this looked more like a wrestling workout, than a match. Dementia does a plancha on Inca then he power bombed him and pinned him. Dragon does a huricanrana and pins Maravilla to take this fall.

2nd Fall: Likewise very slow. Each side complains of low blows but neither is believed. They team up and give Dementia a double suplex and pin him. Maravilla submits Dragon to a mexican surfboard to win this fall.

3rd Fall: The workout continues. Dragon and Dementia try to do topes but sloppily neither really connects. Dementia then does a missile drop kick and pins Inca. Maravilla then submits Dementia to a inverted full nelson. Dragon tried a 'rana pin but Maravilla kicked out. Then he tries a backslide and another kick out. Then he does a sloppy frankensteiner, then a moonsault, and tries another but is met with Maravilla's knees instead. Maravilla pins him with a modified backslide for the win. And this is mercifully over. Afterward Maravilla challenges Dragon to a match for the title he holds, but Dragon says he first wants a match for thier tag team titles then he'll give it to him.

Los Vatos Locos: Silver Cat, Pecudo, & Espiritu vs Los Barrio Boys: Billy Boy, Alan, & Decnis.

1 Fall: Starts slow, but los Vatos spend some time beating up on the Barrio Boys. They do thier typical spots with the advantage switching back and forth several times. Pecudo goes to the back. Decnis topes Silver Cat, and Alan topes them. Pecudo comes back with a torch and spits sprays fire into the face of Billy Boy. Espiritu pins him for the win.

Zorro, Intocable, & Electroshock vs Mr. Aquila, Juventud Guerrera, & Charly Manson.

1 Fall: Joined in progress after the Tecnicos have made their comeback. Charly takes a chairshot to the head from his brother Electro and is soon bleeding. Another chairshot to Charly then one to Juvie's head. The match settles down somewhat. Juvie and Intocable compare who gets the most cheers, it's not close. Intocable does a flying elbow to Juvie then a facebuster. Electro opens up Charly's bleeding head some more. Zorro uses his kendo stick on Aquila. Intocable topes Juvie. Then Lady Apache comes out with a towel draped over her head, but Juvie hits her with a chairshot anyway. Juvie then low blows Electro and Charly pins him for the win.

La Parka Jr. vs Cibernetico

1 Fall: Parka topes Ciber right off the bat, and hits him with a board. They then fight their way up into the bleachers. Charly, Juvie and Aquila come back out and help Ciber to make it four on one beat down. They fight thier way higher. They rip off the top part of Parka's mask and he's soon bleeding. Ciber and Parka fight thier way back down again, towards and into the ring. But it's still a four on one, until Los Vatos come out, with torches blowing fire at the LLL guys and fighting them. Latin Lover shows up, but so does Hector Garza, and melee gets even bigger. Bottles are being hurled into the ring by irate fans. The four on one beat down starts up again Parka, but Los Vatos come back with fire again and chase them off. The tecnico ref. Tropicasas DQ's Ciber and ends this. And Parka is helped to the back by Los Vatos. And that ended AAA.
Interesting but strange lucha show. That wraps up this show. I can be reached at blue_demon2003@yahoo.com
